The entire staff was friendly and outgoing. The women working  breakfast made sure to wish us a good morning every day we went to breakfast. One of the front desk workers told us a great story about Mel Fisher which prompted us to go to the museum and we loved it! Rooms were cleaned daily and in great order. We loved the cottage feel to the hotel. Overall location was great as you were 15 minutes from everything in each direction. Great place and would stay again with no hesitation. Great job!

What a great place to stay in Key West. We couldn’t have picked a better place. Checking in; staff were very friendly, professional and informative.  Great location, right across from Hemingway House and conveniently located in the mid section of Key West  making it within walking distance to most/all attractions. Room is updated, clean and very comfortable. Would  recommend this to those that want to visit Key West Old Town area making your stay very special.

My wife and I stayed at the Lighthouse the first weekend of April. Our room was perfect, the patio/pool area was clean and inviting. All the staff were friendly and courteous. The location was perfect. A block from Duval. I highly recommend the Lighthouse Court Hotel.

Chelsea House Hotel was excellent, the check in was fast and easy, super friendly team all the time and help us to find the excursions and snorkeling tours and beaches!!!

The room was big and very comfortable, big bathroom and very comfortable King size bed. We had a balcony and all very romantic. We parked in front of the hotel, free parking, and just walk to Duval St and all around the town. All restaurants and shops are very close by.

I love Key West and Chelsea House Hotel its the place to stay!!!

Booked the Chelsea House Hotel without ever seeing in person and we FELL IN LOVE! The location and curb appeal is amazing! We thought the hotel would be dated considering its historic nature, but we were surprised by the updated and modern finishes in the actual rooms as well as wifi and television included as well.

Walking distance to all attractions MAJOR PLUS!

John set up my reservation and check-in-very helpful and referred us to several attractions as well. The rest of the staff from start to finish were very helpful and kind!

My husband and I enjoyed a 3 nt. stay at Key Lime Inn.  It was a short distance to Duval St. and it had a large parking area and was very quiet.  The pool was very nice with shade areas.  Breakfast by the pool every a.m. was also nice.  The check-in and check-out was good, but we really never was at the desk with any questions, other than to get a map.  My husband really enjoyed the hen with her 4 chicks.  They were so cute!  We would definitely return to the Key
Lime Inn and recommend it to our friends.

I went to Key West for a wedding at Fort Zachery Taylor State Park (beautiful at sunset). The bride just told us to pick a hotel in Key West, everything is close.  That wasn’t much help because there are a ton of hotels in Key West. During my search I kept seeing the Chelsea House Hotel.  I wanted something modern but all of those hotels were super expensive. I booked one hotel and cancelled because it was on the north side of the island.  So finally I booked Chelsea House and was I happy I did.

When I checked in, I just drove 3 hours from Miami airport.  The staff was super professional, knowledgeable, nice and accommodating. I was returning my rental car the next morning so he waived the parking fee which I thought was SUPER nice.  He also upgraded me to another room, I was appreciative. He must of seen I was tired.  I stayed in room number 7, not sure what my other room would of look like but this room was amazing.  It was Shabby Chic at its best. The rustic wood walls with modern leather furniture. The chandelier over the bed as a great touch.  The mini fridge was perfect, they anticipate your needs by having wine glasses in the fridge cooling and waiting your arrival, AWESOME.  I wish they would give bottles of water after they clean you room that would be a nice touch. AND THE BATHROOM SOLD ME.  Bathroom was very modern white tiles and a huge mirror. What I liked most about the Chelsea is that it was easy to find, 2 blocks away from Duval Street, walking distance everywhere. Many days I walked to the Southernmost Point or Mallory Square (now I wish I would of rented a scooter, which was a book away).  It’s also very close to restaurants. I visited Duffy’s and Better Than Sex dessert restaurant.  Beer and wine was easy to find at the 24 hour CVS and if you have the last night munchies, the 24 hour Denny’s is 2 blocks in one direction and Wing Masters is in another.  The pool was very relaxing and you could sit in the shade or under the sun.   My check out process was easy.

We partied too hard the night before so I called at 7am to extend my check out and they gave me until 12noon which was perfect.  The staff was very accommodating with leaving your luggage until you leave, calling you a cab, printing your boarding pass and offering you the ability not to leave the grounds and relaxing by the pool until you leave. Over all the stay was great!!! I will return to Key West.  I know they have a total of 6 properties but the Chelsea House Hotel really set the bar high and has a piece of my heart.  While I would like to try their other hotels, I will stick with Chelsea House Hotel.
