It was a great place to stay. Location was one block off of Duval. Very quiet. Excellent staff, great breakfasts in the pool area. Room was clean and served it’s purpose well for our stay. The little Mojito bar was great. Nice women working there. Very helpful. Front desk staff were nice and very helpful. Loved Gary the black cat. Thanks for a great couple of nights. Hope to return.

I have done my fair share of traveling. Stayed in hotels in cities all over the country. I have never had such an amazing experience as my stay at the Chelsea House Hotel. My boyfriend and I traveled to Florida for a work trip and drove down to Key West for the last few days of our visit. This was my first time in Key West. Even though the weather didn’t always cooperate, it was well worth it. The best part, our hotel was in the perfect location! We walked everywhere. To bars on Duval, to restaurants on the south side of the island, to the sunset pier on the north shore. We went to amazing restaurants just blocks from our hotel.

The grounds of the hotel were beautifully maintained, great pool and fantastic breakfasts each morning. It felt like we were house guests at a beautiful old island property.

I fell in love with this Hotel and I honestly can’t wait to go back.

Scott and Melissa our check in hosts were wonderful and very helpful.  The breakfast was amazing.  Our room was incredibly clean and comfortable.  I would definitely recommend the Cypress House Hotel to all my friends and family visiting Key West!

My husband and I loved staying at the Cypress House Hotel during our recent trip in February. The room was spacious and clean and the staff was always friendly and attentive. Check in and check out was a breeze. The location was great… A close walk to all of our favorite bars and restaurants without being noisy or chaotic. We will definitely return to the Cypress House during future trips to Key West.

My wife and I checked in on 2/20 for a four night stay. The check-in process was quick and easy and our room was terrific. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I personally liked the location which is within walking distance of all of the sights and restaurants, as well as the pool area which allowed us to mix with some really interesting and friendly people.  I was last in Key West 53 years ago as a trainee at the Naval Combat Divers School, and  was pleasantly surprised to find that Old Town still had Sloppy Joe’s and newer places to imbibe.

We stayed for three nights at Key Lime Inn. Good location, friendly staff, clean lodgings.  Would recommend.  Only downside is that we did not have a refrigerator in the room though the two other parties we traveled with had refrigerators in their rooms, but we had a different room type.

The Lighthouse Court Hotel once again went over the top in helping us experience an exquisite anniversary.  The champagne and anniversary card in the room was a special touch we just loved. The room was wonderful and the neighborhood roosters let us know when it was time to get up and smell the radiant Key’s sunshine:):)  The staff was superb and as always gave us great dining referrals.

We have two minor suggestions improve our room:  (1) add a small table between the sitting chairs and (2) install mini blinds in the small vertical window next to the door to shut out the light from the pool area.  We definitely liked the remodeling of the rooms since a last visit.

Again, thanks for yet another great stay.

Respectfully,

Robert “Scott” and Carole Jack

I live in Naples and had a friend fly in from Indiana who had never been to Key West, so it was on our to do list. We were incredibly lucky to have been able to get a room at the Lighthouse Court Hotel and were greeted promptly and kindly by the women behind the front desk. They took a genuine interest in our stay and were beyond helpful with suggestions and recommendations. A short walk later and we were in our spotless room that was modern, yet “Key West cozy”. After unpacking we grabbed a key lime mojito from the poolside bar which was nothing short of of delicious, and started our Key West tour. The complimentary breakfast was a really nice way to start our morning as well.

If you’re looking for a centrally located hotel that also maintains  a feeling of serenity look no further. I can’t thank the staff enough, everything was perfectly special.

Me and my girlfriend booked a trip to the keys for our third anniversary.  Everything we saw in key west when researching hotels were booked up or extremely expensive so we settled for a hotel in little torch key.  We get to the hotel and it is atrocious.  Bed bugs, not well kept and not much to do near by either so we left immediately demanding a refund then began driving to key west without a place to stay.

We called many hotels to try to book a 3 night stay and save our trip but everyone was booked and prices were now double.  We’ve stayed at the Merlin Guest House previously in Key West and when we called them they recommended their sister hotel, Albury Court Hotel, to us since they were sold out for the weekend as well.  When we spoke to the Albury Court they sympathized with our situation and literally gave us an amazing deal on their rates.  They almost matched our previous rate at the other hotel. Once we booked the room and parked our vehicle we get our keys and open the door to our room to see their receptionist Kaya had given us a free bottle of champagne with two glasses full of chocolate and a hand written note saying happy anniversary along with a bunch of free drink cards at all the popular spots on Duval Street.

The room was perfect for us, very clean and cozy.  The thoughtfulness Kaya and the hotel manager had put into making sure we had a great trip made the previous several hours worth while!  I recommend the Albury Court Hotel to anyone and everyone!

Thank you, my wife and I stayed Saturday night, 2/27/16 for my birthday. Our room was great, your staff in the office was amazing.

Our only complaint was the next morning, we went for coffee and the lady working the breakfast buffet was short and rude, all we asked for was coffee before the bar was to open.
