We had a great time in Key West. The hotel was very close to Duval St. ,yet far enough away. The staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. We will stay here again.

We stayed only one night at the Albury Court Hotel, however, we had phenomenal service! Our front desk attendance was professional, courteous and responsive to all our needs. They were knowledgeable about the local area and were able to help us with all of our needs. Check-in and check-out process were easy and they were able to coordinate with us and get our baggage to the Key West Express with no problems!

I stayed at the Merlin Guesthouse property. The first convenience was the 15 minute parking spot right outside that allowed me to unload our luggage without blocking the street. I was immeadiately impressed by the beauty of the grounds. Checking in was very easy and the staff made me feel right at home. The room was rustic and modern all in one. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I requested a iron and extra towells and both were brought to me right away. Duval Street was a short walk away, but far enough that you were not bothered by the noise. Breakfast was provided and allways good. Any interaction with staff members was allways pleasant. I intend to stay there again and will always tell friends to treat themselves to Merlin Guesthouse.

The accommodations were very comfortable and the breakfast was great, especially the swiss cheese and ham croissants!!!  The staff was very welcoming and helpful.  We really loved our stay and will be back.

It would have been nice to have something to put our baggage on instead of the chairs.

Everything about the Lighthouse Court was great.  The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating.  The rooms were spotless with timely daily freshening.  Beds and linen extremely comfortable and plush. The continental breakfasts were plentiful, fresh, all condiments AND nicely presented in their garden/pool setting. Plenty of seating in a plush green Key West environment.  Location, location is an added bonus.  I will add that while I knew I was paying a pretty price for the property; I was pleasantly pleased and felt it was well worth it.  Enjoy!

We moved from the B&B closer to Duval Street as we had friends staying an extra night that was decided on the last minute.  That place was full but Cypress House had availability. From the minute we walked in, we were welcomed and taken care of.  They helped take the suitcase up to the room but refused to take a tip.  Very nice room, great shower, excellent location. Slightly more expensive then the place down the street and didn’t have full breakfast, just nice continental. We had a room right on Caroline Street which at first was great, but we were woken up in the middle of the night with sirens heading towards spring breakers on Duval Street.  Ask for a room in the back. Easy check-in and check-out and we would stay here again. If you are looking for a very nice close location to Duval, go for it!

I recently stayed at the Lighthouse Court with my family in unit J3 with my family. It was a great room, but I do have a few suggestions to make the room a more comfortable stay for future guests. There is only one mirror in the room, and with four women all getting ready in the morning this was impossible. An inexpensive full length mirror to mount in the closet door, and a decorative mirror to mount on the wall of the main space would help tremendously. Also, again two beds, four women, we were only given one roll of toilet paper for a two day stay. Please stock the bathroom or kitchen area with at least one back up.

Please consider making these changes. And as always the staff was great, and we were very comfortable.

Check in and out was easy.

The front staff was very helpful.

The 6-toed cat has a great brunch.

This historic Key West home was a pleasure to come back to after an exciting day of shopping and sightseeing on busy Duval Street. Great location near many restaurants, famous pubs and historic sights. Sitting on our balcony listening to the sound of the pool and waterfall was relaxing and calming. Each morning the staff provided a delicious breakfast at poolside tables where we mingled with other guests.

A friendly and well-informed staff was always there to assist and answer any questions.

We highly recommend the clean and comfortable Albury Court Hotel to everyone, and we will surely return someday.

Thank you for a memorable stay.
