We were in Key West for a long weekend and luckily found the Chelsea House Hotel online as a last minute place to stay.  It was easy to check-in and the staff was welcoming and very professional.  The room was clean and inviting with modern updates and the hotel was walking distance to all the great restaurants in Key West.  The pool was small and refreshing! Overall, a good place to stay for the night!

This was my wife and my second stay at the Merlin Guest House.  The grounds have great landscaping and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.  We purchased some local artwork at Mallory and the hotel received it for us so that we did not need to carry it out for a night on the town.  Definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

We recently returned from a visit to Key West where we stayed in the Merlin Guest House 2 Bedroom Cottage. It was just the right size for 2 couples with plenty of room. We really enjoyed the shared courtyard and pool and the location was perfect! The folks at the Merlin Guest House were great and made sure we had everything we needed, including a complimentary breakfast by the pool. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and I recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Key West.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and housekeeping did a great job. I would highly recommend Chelsea House Hotel to anyone that goes to Key West.  2 blocks from Duval and right in the middle where you go right to the bars and left to the beaches/nicer restaurants.  Louie’s Backyard restaurant is the best!

I sure wish I could remember the names of all those that helped, but from arrival to departure, our experience was wonderful.  This was our second visit, and this time had three other couples join us.  Two at the Key Lime Inn and one at their Chelsea House Hotel next door.  Our rooms were very clean, and the daily service was prompt and fast.  Sometimes we’d go out only for an hour in the morning and the room was all taken care of when we returned.  Breakfast was nice and more than adequate and certainly relaxing near the pool.  We always rent scooters, and there is room for them while still being out of the way and not an eye sore.  I want to thank you for the property, the people, and the whole experience.  We’ll certainly be back just as soon as we can.

Thank you!  Jason

So this is our 4th time visiting Key West.  Great location, close to Mallory Square, Conch Republic, Schooner Wharf.  Small and clean and relaxing pool. Updated and modern comforts in a classic Old Town hotel.

We just got back from a trip to Key West, stayed at the Merlin Guest House.  It was right where we wanted it, close to Duval.  Property was lovely, we stayed in one of the 2 bedroom cottages and we had a room with a king bed for the 6 of us.  Pool was just the right temperature.  Staff was very nice.  We’d all stay there again.

Thank you for making our trip an awesome one.

We have stayed so far at their Cypress House Hotel & Chelsea House Hotel and picked Lighthouse Court Hotel for our stay this time as we visited it last year for a drink and loved the pool area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, staff at all three have always been great. Think this one was our favorite and we will be back. Liked having the bar, big pool area and the location was great.

My partner and I spent a week at Lighthouse Court Hotel recently and I’m still wishing we had stayed longer. We both really needed to get away and reconnect after several long months of work. This was our 2nd visit to Lighthouse Court, and our 3rd hotel we’ve tried in their group. We’ve been coming to Key West about every other year, it’s been 4 trips in over 7 years.

Although a little more pricey, Lighthouse Court Hotel is worth every penny, it’s been great each time! Never a problem with the staff, the rooms have always been comfy and clean, everything you could want… without worries. We do prefer staying at Lighthouse Court simply for its location & the pool bar. (All our favorite spots are a short walk or a quick bike ride away) The hotel bartenders are great. It was nice to sit for a while, talk with her about food, and things to do or see while there.

Anytime friends or family ask we both recommend your hotels, and from the service we’ve gotten we always will. Just one very tiny complaint… the shower curtains… they want to attack you and cling to you when in the shower…LOL.

Thanks again for the great service, we are already looking forward to our next trip down!!
