We stayed at the Key Lime Inn over Halloween weekend. The room was small but very modern and clean. We were happy with everything. The courtyard was like an oasis even though the key lime inn is right near Duval street, in the courtyard there it was extremely lovely and peaceful.
The breakfast was good and that saved us a big chunk of change.
The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and based on their recommendations, we ended up renting bikes and rode around key west for 4 days which we agreed was the highlight of our trip.
Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

Came for the Kelly McGuire Songwriter Shows at the Lighthouse Court, walk wasn’t bad.  Key Lime was fine…would have liked a more robust breakfast, otherwise all was good.

This was our second stay here and we really enjoyed the accommodations, as well as the location.  The staff was also very helpful and polite and I would highly recommend the Albury Court to anyone traveling to Key West and intend to stay here during our next visit.  Thank you.

Had a great time at the Albury Court.  Very clean and reasonably priced for the World Championship Boat Races.  Just 6 shorts blocks from Duval, so easy access just about anywhere we wanted to go.  And if we had to cab it, never more than about 5$.  I’d definitely go back.

My stay at the Key Lime Inn was fantastic.  My husband and I love staying there.  We come back every year for our Parrot Head Convention.  As for the staff they are awesome.  Danielle and Michelle check us in.   When i had an issue with the hair dryer Danielle checked it out right away.  Whenever we hear of someone going to Key West we tell them to stay at the Key Lime Inn.

I’m a cut to the chase person…I only need five words to describe this inn…”when can I move in?”  Stay here, your soul will thank you.  (Okay, so I needed twelve.) :o)

I enjoyed my stay at the Lighthouse Court from October 27 until November 3.  This was my second week-long stay at the Lighthouse.  I did have to switch rooms, but this was because my friend left early.  I appreciate the accommodation in this respect.  I did have trouble with housekeeping at one point, having left a message to clean the room and then having housekeeping leave the premises without touching the room.  However, the property manager came to the rescue and personally came over and made the bed, supplied new towels and picked up and cleaned up what she could.  I truly appreciate this personalized effort to promptly correct the problem.  It is truly gratifying to have someone actually listen to you in this day and age, leave alone doing their best to promptly fix and correct the problem.  It is this kind of service that I look for in a hotel and this kind of service that will keep me coming back.  I also, of course, loved the music that Kelly McGuire played over the course of the week.  This, together with the free breakfast and the availability of refreshments throughout the day, makes the Lighthouse Court a special place during MOTM week.

I would certainly highly recommend this hotel.  Personally, I will be back.  Susan Schauf

We just love the Merlin Guesthouse!

Very quiet location but close to everything.  The staff has to be hand picked as everyone is so nice.  There is nothing in the operation of the facility that has not been well thought out or anticipated. I would recommend the Merlin to anyone needing tranquility and relaxation.  You can park your car at the start of your stay and get to everything on foot or bicycle, only needing to unlock the car when you start packing up. Breakfast is great in the morning and they put afternoon iced tea out daily. After walking the miles of Key West, sitting in the pool with the jets on relaxes the leg muscles.

Jordan, the resident feline in charge, makes his rounds consistently and is an excellent four-legged goodwill ambassador.  Linda and Ken were helpful with anything we needed and had plenty of local knowledge.

We have stayed in three different rooms at the Merlin.  All were excellent.  When we venture to Key West in the future the Merlin will be our destination.

Wishing we were there right now,

Barb and Ray Forbess

This was our second stay at the Lighthouse Court, when you find something that works for you, you stick with it.  We have recommended this hotel to others that were thinking of Key West as a vacation destination.  The location is within walking distance of everything on Duval St., the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are quaint and clean.  The complimentary breakfast is a nice touch and the Mojito Bar has a nice variety of quick sandwiches and salads.  Will stay there on our next visit, for sure.  It works for us.

We arrived in Key West and, unfortunately, stayed in another hotel before the Chelsea House.  As soon as we realized we made a mistake, I embarked in finding the ideal place the first day and walked to view 3 to 4 hotels.  And I did find it:  The Chelsea House.  The architecture of the hotel is nostalgic:  Victorian, Queen Anne structure individual large homes.  Our room had several windows which invites the precious light of Key West into the room if venetian’s are semi open.

It has a professional staff and a friendly manager who made the introduction to the hotel friendly, easy and accessible.  It provides free parking space under a shaded area beside the hotel.   The room is large, its King size bed is a true king side bed with excellent mattress and the four post that rise above the bed frame compliments the exquisite decoration of an antique and delicate chandelier above the bed.

The hotel is pet friendly, quiet and private but close enough to Duval Street.  The air conditioning maintains a balanced temperature and the furniture in room is minimalist with a settee bench and a King Arthur style cabinet for TV.

The outside staff is discreet, especially a gardener who quietly goes about pruning the garden.  We were able to enjoy a wonderful evening, while participating in the festivities, have fun and relax with a good night’s sleep.

I am glad I took the time the day before to find Chelsea House.  It is a place in Key West to return over and over again.
