My only regret was not staying longer. The hotel was clean, the staff was pleasant, and the pool and patio area were wonderful. Hoping to come back soon.

Thanks for a great time on our first Key West trip, Albury Court!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Key Lime Inn!! From the moment we walked in the door the staff were friendly and very helpful.  They took the time to show us on a map where some of the favorite attractions were and answered any questions we had. The room was quaint and very clean. Also the hotel is located in a great location 2 blocks from Duval Street. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The Key Lime in is a beautiful, historic bed and breakfast in a great location, just blocks from Duval street.  The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.  The room was very pretty and modern, however just a little small.  Other than that, no complaints.  Would stay here again for sure!

Always have great time in Key West and we love staying at the Chelsea House.  Hotel is clean, well kept and staff is friendly!  We like it there because it is quiet but close to South Beach and Duval.  Great location!

Never been to Key West before and we could not have selected a better spot to call home base than the Key Lime Inn.  The location was ideal as we were never more than a short walk in any direction to all the hot spots.  On-site parking and friendly staff made checking in, checking out and service requests mindless.  Definitely coming back here next time!

Historic house with lovely pool, within walking distance of main sights of Key West. Room was small but well decorated and cosy. Only downside is that rooms for stay-over guests aren’t made up until late afternoon.

This was our second stay at the Merlin Guesthouse. The first time we stayed with another couple in the two bedroom suite. It was amazing! It had a huge kitchen and parking space for our car.  It was very clean and comforting. It made our trip so enjoyable that we decided to come back two years later and stay at the Merlin Guesthouse for the second time. The staff are all so sweet and they make sure that they can help you get around to wherever you like. They told us where to park and just made us feel right at home. Everything was clean and like new. The second time we stayed in a one bedroom with a king bed and a balcony. It was breathtaking! Close to Duval street, close to everything! Can not wait to go back and see what other room we get to add to our stays!

My wife and I have been to Key West several times and have typically gone the route of a resort type feel (i.e. Casa Marina). Those are beautiful places, but much like comparing a large corporation to a successful sole prop, there was a warm and pleasant feeling with regard to the ease of stay and flexibility at the Key Lime Inn.  Our cottage was beautiful and our staff was very friendly.  We felt like we “owned” the cottage.  Meaning, we felt at home.  If a resort sized pool and fancy dinner are your thing, then go for the Hyatt.  Otherwise, relax :)  Location was great too… we always aimed for the beach front, but it didn’t really matter much as the best beaches in the Keys are the public ones.  We spent most of the afternoons at the Southernmost beach – great restaurant/bar and all sand.

Upon arrival with my wife and 3yr old (turned 3 during our trip), the front desk girls gave my daughter A LOT of attention… means a lot to a parent and promotes happiness.  During check-in, we happened to mention it was her bday and to our surprise when walking into our cottage, there were hidden postcards all over the place (even in the fridge:) with hand written notes to our daughter wishing her a Happy Birthday.  A great example of the nice touch you get in a place like the Key Lime Inn; no chance the larger resorts do that.

Overall, a great stay.  We rented bikes… great way to go!  Have to make one recommendation ;) Start breakfast a bit earlier… 8am seemed 30-60min too late; but as my wife reminded me, we’re in Key West, sleep in :)

Thanks again for a great stay.  I am sure we will see you again very soon!

Best,

Nick

My husband and I had the pleasure of going to Key West over the Memorial Day weekend. It was planned as a mini vacation for us to reconnect. We arrived at the hotel early and were able to check in because our room was available. The front lobby staff were warm and friendly. One employee left the front desk to show my hubby where to park. She also provided us with a map and suggested places and events for us to attend. Our room was small, yet intimate. The atmosphere was warm, quiet, and serene.  We didn’t stay in the room much because Key West has so much to offer. We visited the Hemingway Museum, Southernmost point, and did a cool Jet Ski tour amongst other things. We enjoyed the fact that we could park and just walk, holding hands. My favorite restaurants were the Better Than Sex dessert restaurant and Blue Heaven.  Albury Court provided us with a nice breakfast poolside.  The check-out process was smooth and effortless for us. Each time we entered the front lobby we were greeted with a smile. I would definitely recommend Key West to others as well as this hotel for a couple looking for an intimate getaway.
