This was our (I and my girlfriend’s) 3rd time at the Cypress House and as usual it never disappoints.
I want to thank Melissa and Chris for going way beyond in their job duties to make our stay as pleasant as it could have been.

From waking up each day to a full breakfast and coffee to coming back for Liming hour to enjoy drinks and appetizers by the pool, it just doesn’t get better than this folks.

Quiet, clean and nicely decorated rooms make the time spent in them relaxing and rejuvenating for the next day of your vacation.

Only a block from Duval on Caroline, it puts you in the center of the action that is Downtown Key West.

Honestly it should be your only choice to stay in Key West.
This is our new home away from home and we can’t wait to come back towards the end of the summer.

Thank you to all the staff for running the finest establishment in Key West.

I was welcomed very warmly upon arrival. I was recommended a few places to dive and some must see places. There was a little issue with the cable but everyone was very quick to respond and fix the issue. The breakfast was very good as well. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay.

We liked Lighthouse Court from the first sight! The room was small, but comfortable, modern with a touch of old history on some walls. Chelsie helped us with the scooter rental and local places. We adored Sunset Pier for the sunset, music, coctails!

The only thing, which disturbed us was the laud airconditioning in our room. And it was so only until we found the earplugs in our room :)

We highly recommend this place for stay. Take scooter as well, and then everything is sooo close!

See you again!

We enjoyed our first visit to Key West and our first stay, just two nights, at the Key Lime Inn. I recommend this property without hesitation. Our room was spacious and clean and private. Checking in was easy, and so was departure. We enjoyed the pool and the continental breakfast. Most particularly, we were pleased that the inn was so close to the heart of downtown. It was an easy walk to Duval Street and an even easier walk to Stop 12 on the route of the Old Town Trolley.

I RECENTLY STAYED AT THE KEY LIME INN FOR THE MEMORIAL DAY HOLIDAY.  THIS IS MY THIRD STAY AT THE KEY LIME INN AND I BROUGHT WITH ME  2  OTHER COUPLES.

I WAS A LITTLE CONCERNED BECAUSE THE LAST TIME I STAYED WITH YOU SEVERAL YEARS AGO THE HOTEL NEEDED A LITTLE LIFT.

UPON ARRIVAL I WAS VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AT THE RENOVATIONS.  THE STAFF COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASANT AND ACCOMMODATING.  THE ROOMS WERE VERY FRESH AND CLEAN AND THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST AT THE POOL WAS VERY LOVELY AND QUAINT.

I AM A SEASONED TRAVELER AND HAVE STAYED IN MANY BEAUTIFUL UPSCALE HOTELS AND I FIND THE KEY LIME INN WAS JUST PERFECT FOR OUR HOLIDAY WEEKEND.  MY HUSBANDS’ 60TH BIRTHDAY WISH WAS TO RIDE A MOTORCYCLE TO THE KEYS AND YOUR STAFF WAS EAGER TO HELP US PARK OUR BIKES AND MAKE OUR STAY JUST PERFECT.

I WILL BE VISITING YOU AGAIN AS SOON AS I CAN GET TOGETHER WITH MY FRIENDS.  THANK YOU FOR A GREAT VACATION.  I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING YOU AGAIN.

This is a fantastic hotel. It is out of the fray of all the night life but still close enough to walk or bike. The staff is friendly and attentive (Especially Alex at the front desk) Our room was a great 3 room suite with a living room, bathroom and bedroom. The bed was comfortable even if the room was on a the small side. This is NOT your typical chain hotel and has its quirks but it’s definitely a place I would stay again. They have a great little pool that has a poolside bar/grill and is also the location for breakfast in the morning. Overall a great find even for a bit of a hotel snob like me. Just FYI this is not your fabulous resort where they are going to wait on you hand and foot and bring you room service but with its charm and staff it’s worth it.

The Chelsea House is our “go to” when going to Key West. We absolutely love the rooms, the pool, the breakfast in the mornings. The staff is friendly, courteous and go out of your way to help you. The Chelsea House is a quiet haven amongst all the craziness on Duval. Close enough to walk to the action but it seems miles away as you relax in a chair by the pool. Whether it is a week long trip or a quick long weekend, Chelsea House is our favorite spot!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cypress House. Check in was easy. I didn’t note his name, but the gentleman was very friendly and answered the numerous questions we had as first time visitors to Key West.
The room was spacious and clean. There was no ceiling fan but the window air conditioner kept the room temperature cool and comfortable.
The Cypress House location is perfect, just two blocks from Duval – close enough to walk but far enough away that we never heard any street noise at night despite being in the ground floor corner room nearest the street. The shades in the room were also great at keeping out the sunlight when we weren’t quite ready to “rise and shine”.
The pool was great and never crowded. We rented an electric “car” (golf cart) during our stay and it needed to be plugged in at night – the hotel even had a spot for us to park it & plug it in. Our entire experience was great, and we look forward to using Historic Key West Inns hotels again in the future!
