We came to Key West for the purpose of attending a friends daughter’s wedding on the beach in the Park.  We thoroughly enjoyed the Hotel and our little cottage type room that we stayed in which was directly across the street from Hemingway’s House.  And we had a nice little porch with two chairs to sit and “watch the people go by.”   Since we were staying for five nights we had a good amount of clothing we brought with us.  In our room there was a couple of hooks for clothing so we called to ask for additional “closet space”.  Staff was very helpful and brought us a complete rolling closet so to speak and it worked perfectly.

The continental breakfast was very good, nicely presented, and staff was always there to clear things, replenish, etc.  The pool was very nice and water was clean.  The small bar area also had sandwiches, wraps, etc. available every day.   Whenever we had a question or needed directions, the staff was always very helpful.   We would definitely return to this hotel, which was also near the trolley stop or hop on hop off  bus.  And it wasn’t a bad walk up to Duval Street where all the action is in town.  Thanks for a nice stay, and if we ever return to town we would definitely consider staying there again.

We stayed at the Chelsea in August 2014. Very nice visit. The staff were friendly and the room was very clean.  We were fortunate to have a good air conditioner in the room, and it was nice to have the pool nearby.  It was good to be near Duval Street (where all the night life in Key West is), but far enough away we could get a peaceful night’s rest.  I would recommend the Chelsea House hotel. It was a highlight of our trip.

The stay at Cypress House was amazing.   The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, the rooms were very clean, comfortable and chic (totally remodeled).   Basically you have the best of both worlds, the historic feel of Key West on the outside and the modern and chic comforts once inside your room!  The pool was maintained very nicely always clean, and the happy hours were an added perk!  Breakfast was also delicious.  I would definitely repeat the stay!

Parking is a bit far, but you can drop off your belongings when you check in and take a nice leisurely stroll back from the parking garage.

The Key Lime Inn was the perfect place to stay in key west. It is cozy, the staff is friendly and it’s within walking/biking distance to everything you could want to do in Key West. The breakfast in the morning is very nice and the free parking was a bonus. Our room was spacious and clean, and we would love to stay here again!

Friendly hotel staff! Clean room and excellent location! Continental breakfast was fresh and well stocked. We even lucked out and had a great balcony to enjoy our morning cup of coffee on! I highly recommend if you want a great quiet place to stay off of Duval!

I can’t express enough how wonderful your staff is.  I came to the front desk before check in time and was greeted  immediately by your staff.  I was told my room was not ready, but was given the parking pass and told to come back around 3.  At 2 o’clock I received a call from your staff that the room was ready.  I came back in and was checked in by a very courteous staff member.  She gave me a room key and instructed me on how to get there.  I was not excited about my room (for no other reason but that I was not thrilled with the layout).  I went back downstairs and I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by first name by the same staff member.  No questions asked, she suggested another room, took me over there to make sure I was satisfied and had my room changed.

Went to redeem my drink coupon and the staff at the bar was again very welcoming.  We sat by the pool and found the grounds to be very well kept and was relaxing in no time.

The morning breakfast was more than I expected for a free breakfast.  Very well displayed with an assortment of food.  Was so peaceful in the breakfast area that we just sat around enjoying the tranquility and the pool and grounds.

My stay was very enjoyable and when I return to Key West (which we do every 3-4 months) I am planning on staying in another one of your hotels in order to experience all of them.

Thank you and your staff for such a great stay.

Wife and I were in Key West for a Wedding. Stayed Sun-Weds with y’all in room #12. Ken was great, helping us with everything from parking to cab rides. Cleaning and maintenance staff was very courteous and polite. Our room was very nice, glad we got the larger “queen” room with the additional sitting area upfront. Facility/accommodations were top notch, a block off Duval, very quite at night. Looking forward to our next trip to KW.

Thank you

Me and my husband had a great time! The Albury was located within walking distance yet, far enough from the noises. My husband love the fact that it’s walking distant to all the restrooms. Oh by the way, breakfast that is served there is great. We live in the Everglades for 23 years so we like to get away to Key West as well as, bring family there to hang out. The Albury is my favorite place to be,  and, why would it not be? The staff was very nice, the place was clean and the rooms are beautiful. Can not wait to come back for a week long vacation. Thank you staff of Albury and a big hug to kim, I think that’s her name. Lol. We will be back with more family.

My boyfriend and I stayed here one night before heading to Marathon Key. It was a small but very clean and nicely updated room. It was only about 7 blocks, maybe less, to Duval street. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The breakfast served at the pool was delicious and a perfect start to the day. We will definitely come back here in the future.
