What my wife and I loved the most was how centrally located the Key Lime Inn was to the “action” that is Key West. A short block and a half walk and you’re on Duval Street. This was our 4th visit to KW and each time we’ve tried a different property with this being one of the top two. When we arrived we were greeted by Michelle at the front desk. She was phenomenal! She gave us the 411 on the property including all the amenities (pool, restrooms, ice and vending machines, etc…) and gave us the lowdown on how they do breakfast every morning. We have our favorite spots for breakfast in KW but this can run you $20 to $30 (for 2 people) each morning. The Key Lime Inn offered a complimentary breakfast by the pool each morning with local bagels, muffins, tea, coffee, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, etc… which over a few days would save you a few pennies. We only got shut out of parking in the main lot one night (Friday) as we got back late but not so worry as their sister property is right next door and we parked in their lot, which is allowed. Most of the rooms that we noticed are away from the main street which is always nice as it cuts down on the noise from the constant flow of cars and scooters. Even the pool, which is directly behind the main building, is somehow shielded from the noise. The hotel is a short 7-8 minute drive to any of the 3 main beaches in KW (Smather’s, Higgins or Fort Zachary Taylor). Both check and check out were a breeze. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice quaint hotel in Key West.

My husband and I are from New York and were in town for my best friend’s wedding. We stayed at the Key Lime Inn and could not be more satisfied with our stay. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, beds comfortable, housekeeping met our needs and the staff made our visit stress-free. We look forward to staying at the Key Lime Inn again for our next visit. Thank you so much.

Upon our arrival, check in was flawless.  John was very helpful in getting us situated and made us feel welcome.  Umberto and Lyenna were also professional and friendly throughout our 4 days.  The Chelsea House was one of our favorite stops, and one of the best, on the parade on Friday night.  The pool decks were favorite meeting places for us to meet other guests and enjoy the amenities. We could relax in the shade or bask in the sun, given our options.  Chelsea House was a Rock Star hit for us.

We ended up coming into Key West a day early and were able to book a room at the Key Lime because the place where we booked the rest of our stay didn’t have any openings that night. What an unexpected treat! Our room was beautiful and opened up to the pool area. After checking into our next hotel we were both disappointed as our new place wasn’t nearly as nice as Key Lime Inn. The next time we are in Key West there is no doubt where we will be staying. Thank you for such a lovely spot.

We have been going to Key West for MOTM for several years, & the Key Lime Inn is the nicest hotel we have stayed at yet.  From the moment we saw the sign, coming along Truman Ave., we thought the place looked great.  There was ample parking & our check in was fast & efficient.

Our room was lovely, although the bed could have been a bit larger. Everything was clean & comfortable.  The continental breakfast, by the pool, was very adequate …….the locally made muffins & croissants were delicious. Location is good.  We attended several events at The Casa, & it was an easy walk from the Key Lime Inn & an inexpensive taxi ride.  All in all, a nice “oasis” in a sometimes wild & crazy, but fun, town.

We will stay there again in future, & will definitely recommend to friends!   Thank you to all the staff who made our stay a very pleasant one.

We stayed at the hotel 11/2-11/5/2015 and it was wonderful. We had a superior queen which was quiet and clean. Easy walk to Duval Street and southern most point in the U.S.A.. We enjoyed the hotel and will be returning with a group of our friends in the summer of 2016.
Thank You to the staff they were all very nice.

From the moment we walked in and were greeted by the friendly folks at the front desk to our departure after breakfast the next morning, we were charmed.  Immaculate, quiet, short walk to all the fun on Duval, and above expectations is all I can say.  We’ll be back.
