Employees were very courteous and outgoing. Room and bathroom clean and everything easy to find. Hotel is a great location for nearby restaurants and stores, all in walking distance. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel during my time in Key West.

Thank You

This was my first time in Key West and the hotel was what made the trip that much better. The room was clean, the liming each day was fresh and plenty of it. The breakfast was delicious and when I do come back to Key West, we’ll be staying at the same house!

I stayed at the Lighthouse Court Hotel when I came to Key West from my friends wedding. I had a lovely time, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and couldn’t beat the happy hour specials. I would definitely consider staying there again!

The front desk staff was great.  The room was clean and the grounds were great.  Perfect getaway room for the weekend.

I can not express enough how much we loved this place! From check in to check out, and everything in between.  Our room was ready early and we were allowed an early check in, which was perfect since we had come in on the Ferry from Ft Meyers and were so ready to settle in. Laura at the desk was so welcoming and informative. Our room was clean, and comfortable. Much roomier than we had been led to believe from other reviews.  The only drawback was lack of counter space in the bathroom, but I had a hanging carry all, so for us it worked out fine.  We were able to settle in and spend some time looking around and using the pool.  The grounds were beautifully maintained, as was the pool.  The breakfast was what you would expect of a continental, mostly yogurt, locally made bagels and cereals.  I would have liked more of a fruit option, but we had the bananas and oranges and they were good. The ham and cheese croissants were very tasty.  We didn’t spend much time at the bar there since it closed fairly early.  We did spend a few days at the pool and the drinks we had then were well made and the staff was pleasant.  Our room attendant was wonderful.  Prompt, thorough, friendly. I wish I could remember her name.

All in all, we had a great stay here and would most certainly stay again!

Have been coming to Key West since 2003 but this was the first time at Lighthouse Court Hotel.  What a pleasant surprise!  Our room was adequate with a very comfortable bed, a large shower, and a dependable air conditioner.  The housekeeping staff was very attentive to our needs.  Since we don’t come to Key West to spend time in our room, those were the only things that matter to us.  The grounds were immaculate.  The daily continental breakfast was more than we expected and always presented in a appealing manner.  Most afternoons we had the pool to ourselves.  The poolside bar was a nice addition and you can’t beat the 12:00 to 3:00 happy hour.  Every staff member greeted us with a smile and made us feel like we had been coming to the Lighthouse Court for years, rather than first-timers.  We will definitely keep the Lighthouse Court Hotel as a potential future stay.

The two night stay was spectacular. All three front desk clerks were amazing.  The women and the two gentleman all were friendly and consistently asked if we needed help. Our stay was originally at the Blue Parrot Inn. We were informed a little over a week before that they were now part of Chelsea House Hotel. Panicked we called immediately. Surprisingly they greeted us in such a great way assuring us they would have it taken care of. They had our reservation ready, it made me feel comfortable knowing that it was taken care of  before the email was sent. The room was spectacular. Spacious,  lovely room. The bathroom was clean as a whistle. I would have felt uneasy having a room much higher up knowing it would get hotter up there. The pool was clean and staff at the hotel was friendly as well. Breakfast was light on choices but ok for what we eat. The bar at their other property, Lighthouse Court Hotel was awesome. Drinks were great. Conveniently located. I can’t wait to plan our trip next year.

Thank you again for an easy transition between hotels and having such an accommodation for us.
