The room was lovely and the customer service was excellent – from checking us in early to calling cabs to recommending a local dry cleaner, we felt right at home!

What a charming place!! My husband surprised me for our 3rd anniversary with a trip to Key West and a lovely room at Albury Court. We had romantic evenings under the pool waterfall as the sun was setting, rented bikes to get around town, had breakfast by the pool every morning and just had a great time at the hotel and around town. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful and friendly and gave us great off-the-beaten-path suggestions for things to do (we went paddleboarding in the mangroves and took a dolphin eco tour through the backcountry).

We’ll definitely stay here again; next time it will be my surprise for my hubby!

We had a wonderful stay at the Albury Court. The entire staff was friendly and super helpful. The room was clean and well kept…and the bed was comfortable. Thank you for making our first visit to Key West so enjoyable. Oh, and the breakfast was good too.

Thank you,

Chris & Stephanie

Key Lime Inn is a delightful treasure off the beaten path. The office staff  excels in their knowledge of local restaurants, and they are always willing to help in any way. Making dinner reservations, arranging cabs, extra linens, anything you need.  Michelle and Tyler were exceptional, and went out of their way to insure we had everything we needed! Thank you for a wonderful get away. We will definitely return to stay here! The pool and gardens on the ground are beautiful and very well kept!

It was great staying at your place. Very clean, very accessible help from staff.  Good shower pressure, good hot water consistency.

Would stay there again.

Thank you.

Everything went very smooth with our stay.  The room was good and the breakfast the next morning was a nice treat and more than adequate.  Our party of 4 had lots of different choices for breakfast.  I would definitely stay here again.

Overall great place.  Most of by wedding party stayed (33 rooms) and that was the coolest part.  The Hemingway Suite was beautiful.  It was perfect for everyone to hang out together.  The only down side was that they did not clean the rooms as much as I would have liked.

Perfect place to stay for a large wedding party!

We will recommend your hotel to everyone. We loved our stay. Right from the check in, Betsy was so friendly and helpful. The inn was lovely, our large king room was charming, comfortable and spotless. We used the pool every afternoon and it was warm, the gardens lush and well maintained. Breakfast was perfect, everything you need to start the day. The Inn is a block from Duval Street so it was easy to walk or bike to everything.

I couldn’t even think of one thing to improve or change about your inn or our stay.

Thank you very much, great job by all!!

Thank you for a great stay, staff was excellent and very helpful. They handled my request of a “flat” pillow without a blink! Would recommend without reservation!

We stayed two nights at the Cypress House on a trip down from Ft. Myers Beach. (we took the Key West Express)
The location of the Cypress House is absolutely ideal, and we really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a Queen room (#13) which was very small but cutely decorated and remodeled, and it was very private, which was great. Room #13 has it’s own gated deck adjacent to the pool area, but the fence is 6 feet high and solid, so we felt nicely isolated in our own little corner of the property. Breakfast was tasty, the service was friendly, although we were a bit underwhelmed by the “happy hour”………no big deal, we went in with no expectations for that.
One minor hiccup that we had was our smoke detector was chirping at us the first night in the room. We had to call maintenance at 11pm when we returned from Duval Street and they arrived very efficiently to change out the battery. Unfortunately, it continued to chirp intermittently for the rest of the night which was a little frustrating. I told Dennis about it in the morning, and he had a new one installed for us by that evening. It was nobody’s fault, and was just a quirky problem that the staff took care of.

We rented bikes for the duration of our stay in Key West, which was ABSOLUTELY the best way to get around. They are more efficient than walking, so you can cover all the ground you need to cover to see everything, but there are no parking challenges that you would encounter with a car. We also rented an electric car for a half-day, which was kind of fun, but logistically it was a pain in the butt due to parking.

Back to the Cypress House, they did a nice job and were priced similarly to other options we explored, and like I said originally their location is SO perfect. If we return to Key West, we would not hesitate to stay at the Cypress House again.
