We stayed at the Lighthouse Court Hotel for five days. We had booked a Queen room, but were upgraded to a King when we arrived. Thank you! The room had ample space, was located fairly close to the pool, with a comfortable seating area outside that looked out on to a nicely landscaped yard. We asked for a restaurant recommendation for dinner that night and the desk manager (sorry I can’t remember her name, but it¬†started with a “D”) gave us a few suggestions with directions. We chose one and experienced good food and ambience. Our room was cleaned every day, and the staff were very accommodating to come at times convenient for us. The day we left I lost a bracelet I was wearing, and I thought it had fallen off where we had parked our car. When we arrived home a few days later, we had a message on our phone saying that a bracelet had been found in our room and the hotel would connect us with a mailing service that would pick it up from them and mail it to us for a small fee. I have left items a few times before in hotels, and when I contacted them have been told nothing was found, so I was very pleased that the cleaning staff were honest and reported their find; I feel that an honest staff is directly related to superior hotel management. The best thing about the Lighthouse Court Hotel is the location, perfectly central to everything in Key West. We walked everywhere and did not use our car the entire five days we were there! Our favorite attractions on this visit were the Hemingway House and the Butterfly Museum.

We enjoyed our visit. Our room at the Key Lime Inn was just what we wanted to relax and enjoy our visit to Key West. Check in went smoothly and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and well attended to and one evening when we required additional towels the evening staff was very friendly and helpful. We esp enjoyed the breakfast and the set up around the pool, again the staff were very attentive. Our Key West visit was lots of fun and we esp liked The Pier overlooking the water and our supper and entertainment at the Smokin’ Tuna Saloon. Thanks for everything, it was great.

Stayed for one night only – would have loved to have more time! Upon arrival we have been received very well and friendly, provided with a map and hints for the evening. Spacious room, all amenities. Very good and comprehensive breakfast in a lovely garden atmosphere (chicken family looking for food included ūüėČ A plus: a short walking distance of 10 – 15 minutes to all relevant sightseeing in old town and harbour.

I was sceptical as I come to KW often and had never stayed at Albury Court Hotel or heard of it before, however, we were very happy!! The accommodations were clean and modern.

This was our 5th time staying at the Albury Court Hotel in the last 18 months. We have had an excellent experience each time we have stayed there and will be booking another stay for August.

The staff is always pleasant and very helpful to accommodate us with whatever we need.

The only suggestions I have…

  1. Maybe another garbage can or two in the rooms
  2. Wife would love to see a mirror outside of the bathroom

Thanks again for a wonderful time and look forward to our next trip to Key West

My friend and I recently stayed at the Merlin Guest House, and I can’t say enough good things about it.¬† The location is excellent – close enough to walk everywhere we wanted to go, but far enough off Duval to be quiet and peaceful.¬† The room was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed.¬† The only quibble (and it’s very minor) is that the door was difficult to pull shut from the outside, so if I wanted to go out and my friend was still sleeping, I had to slam the door, which woke¬†her up.¬† The staff was pleasant, knowledgeable, and always helpful, providing us excellent advice on which activities would be best suited to our needs.¬† And we loved Jordan the resort cat!¬† We’ll definitely be back to Key West and will look forward¬†to staying at the Merlin Guest House again.

This was a great hotel to stay at during our first trip to Key West. It was very quaint and cute. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was super quick. Found parking easy enough right on the side of hotel. Loved the fact that we were only a few blocks from Duval Street and Mallory Square. Rented a bike and scooted around all weekend. So many nice bars and restaurants close by. The complementary breakfast was a huge plus and had a nice selection – bagels, muffins, cereal, OJ, coffee… I guess my only complaint would be that our room was right near the kitchen which was a bit noisy at 7:00 a.m. But I’m sure all the other rooms would be nice and quiet. We didn’t use the pool but it looked fantastic. I would definitely come back. And hopefully for longer next time!

The Cypress House Hotel is in a great location.  Close to Duval Street and the waterfront.  If you are in  room next to Caroline Street you might hear the occasional vehicle.  The pool area and associated outdoor seating area is very nice.  Our room in the front house was a great size and well appointed.  But the best part was the staff.  More than one person helped us with our questions and made perfect suggestions.  Our only regret was not staying longer.

Great location! We stayed here on our wedding night and it was just the “Key West” feel we were looking for! We had a clean, sunny room that was right next to the Lighthouse Museum, which was beautiful! We were able to check in early and the staff were all helpful and friendly. We would recommend staying at the Lighthouse Court Hotel for any future Key West travelers :)
