Our stay at Albury Court Hotel was short and enjoyable.  The room was exceptionally clean, the furnishings were new and modern and the hotel itself was charming and very much old Key West.  The check in process was quick and very easy, all of the staff that we came into contact with were very friendly, knowledgable and attentive.  An additional benefit is the close proximity of the Albury Court to my favorite bar/eatery in Key West, Pepe’s on Caroline street.  This is an old Key West eatery not to be missed!  All in all a wonderful experience at a wonderful hotel!

I travel to Key West on business frequently, and always stay at Cypress House Hotel, as the location offers me convenience not only to my place of work, but also to the restaurants and other activities offered in Old Town. While right in the ‘thick of things’, it also is located on a quiet street away from the noise and raucousness of Duval Street.

The staff is always attentive to all my needs, and a pleasure to deal with. The breakfast is great as well.

Though I may be technically a ‘business traveler’, my time at Cypress House allows me to relax and feel like I’m actually on vacation!

Highly recommended!

I stayed at Cypress House Hotel for a couple of days this summer and was very happy. Charming hotel with great staff that were very friendly and helped out with all of our questions about the hotel and area. The location is great! Will definitely stay there again if we go back to Key West.

I have been to Key West a few times now but this is the first time I have stayed in the Albury Court Hotel. The rooms were ideal for what we needed, clean, comfy and room service each day if required. The breakfast was good and sitting by the pool to eat it was a nice way to start your day. Staff that we encountered were friendly.

The hotel is not right in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Duval street which is great for a good night’s sleep, that said it is only 10 min walk down 1 street to Duval and all that it has to offer.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone I know visiting Key West.

Albury Court Hotel is a great place to stay.  The room was big, clean, cold and felt like home.  The bathroom was huge with a giant glass door shower.

I had to switch hotels for my last day in Key West and I wish I would have stayed at the Albury Court Hotel my entire visit.  The staff was very friendly and helpful.  I called them in the morning and asked if they had any available rooms because I needed a place to stay.  They found me a room and even told me to bring my bags over to them and they would hold them for me till my room was ready.  They even called me to let me know my room was ready.  I was also upgraded to a queen size bed.  My room was amazing.

They served breakfast by the pool from 8am to 10am.  The office is only open from 7am to 10pm but if you need something there is an after hours manager on duty.

I will defiantly stay here again.

Just returned from some days at Chelsea House Hotel after two years absence and our stay was again wonderful! The atmosphere of the spot, the friendly staff and nice room made us feel very welcome. For sure we will come back as soon as possible.

The Lighthouse Court Hotel is just simply wonderful! Spent the night in Key West with my friends for my birthday and loved how wonderful this hotel was! The room was set up in a very spacious suite with a mojito bar waiting for us out by the pool kicking the evening off in the best way. Located closed to some great bars and my favorite dessert restaurant, Better Than Sex desserts. The breakfast by the pool in the morning was fantastic and the service of the hotel is just lovely. I recommend this hotel if you ever get a night to stay in key west!

All staff throughout visit were wonderful with special compliments to Victoria in housekeeping and Alicia at check-in. The breakfast crew was also fantastic and went out of their way to be helpful. Room was perfect for the price. Grounds were well kept, beautiful, and well maintained.

We have only been to Key West a few times but have been intrigued by the Historic Key West Inns hotel group. We added the Lighthouse Court Hotel to our trip to try out the hotel.  Laura at the Front Desk was very helpful and extremely friendly and warm.  She truly made us feel welcome.  The modern, bright rooms were a nice contrast to the exterior of the historic buildings.  We loved the look of the property and having a porch in the morning to enjoy our coffee was nice.  The property location was convenient for some of the tourist attractions, while we prefer closer to either end of Duval.

My only concern with the room was the very small shower stall.  With a different fixture layout there could be room for a larger one.   The morning we were there the café opened up a bit late but in Key West  I think it is something that can happen fairly easy.  The last thing was the pool temperature. It was very warm, our prior hotel seemed to have a circulating pump that brought in cooler water to offset the sun.

My boyfriend and I planned a very last minute getaway for my birthday this week and everything went better than expected. I had only booked one night and my boyfriend surprised me by adding one more. Ayanna at the front desk easily joined the reservations, so we were able to remain in the same room for the duration of our stay. I worked as a front desk agent last year in Miami Beach, so I commend any individual who does the position well. Ayanna made the check in and check out process quick, easy and painless. The housekeeping staff was helpful and attentive. Our room was pristine and tidy when we arrived as well. We did not really ask for any information, because we wanted to explore the area on our own. However, I’m sure the staff would have had great recommendations.

We would absolutely recommend this hotel to our friends and family. The only “negative” aspect of our trip was the street flooding from a downpour. It is South Florida, so we are already used to that anyway.
