Excellent night spent in Albury Court Hotel, everything was perfect. We arrived late with my friend and every hotels were full everywhere, Albury accepted to make us a discount for the only night we wanted to spend in Key West. The room/bathroom were extremely clean and quiet with good quality products, the breakfast very complete and foodie as I like. I recommend this hotel without any hesitation and wish I could stay more! For sure I’ll come back!

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Chelsea House Hotel.  We had an issue with our room when we first arrived and the staff addressed and fixed it immediately.  The best thing about this hotel is the staff.  When we visit Key West again, we will stay at the Chelsea House because of this.  It is so nice to see people so concerned about making sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.  Ge’Misha Thurston’s professionalism and effort is top notch and deserves recognition.  Thank you to all at Chelsea House Hotel for a job well done.

We recently stayed at the Cypress House Hotel December 7-11 2016. The staff checking us in were very pleasant and informative. The lead us to a very nice room on the first floor with a private porch. The room was very nice and comfortable with a very large bathroom. The grounds and pool area were also nice and very well kept. In the afternoon they do a “liming ” hour which is nice and in the morning they have coffee and breakfast. The location on Caroline street is great. Just about a block off Duval and about another block to the Bight but just far away from the noise at night. Next time we are in Key West we will for sure be staying at Cypress House Hotel.

Thank you for your hospitality. Doug & Michelle

Everyone we were in contact with was courteous and helpful.  The room /location was perfect.  Very quiet yet close to everything.  Very nice touch having the rain ponchos available.  Looking forward to staying w/your property again!

This was our first time at the Cypress House Hotel and we will be back. The staff was helpful, and made you feel welcome from the minute we arrived. Our room was perfect with all conveniences and a laid back motif, and a great outdoor patio with side table and chairs. The location on a quiet street a block off Duval and three blocks from the water. Everything was perfect and we are looking forward to returning.

This is our third annual visit to the Chelsea House Hotel. We feel as if it is our home away from home. The staff under Matt’s direction couldn’t be nicer, more accommodating and genuine. We celebrate our wedding anniversary with them each year with a bottle of champagne on the porch while we watch the Holiday Parade. We are already planning of our trip for next year. We’ve done the fancy hotel deal in Key West, and the Chelsea House Hotel blows them all away. Big isn’t always better.

We arrived at the Chelsea House Hotel around 4pm on Friday 12/9 and were greeted by friendly helpful staff that got us checked in right away.  She offered up suggestions and maps of the area to help us as it was our first trip to Key West.  The room, although on the smaller side, was perfect for us because we spent most of our time outside of the room exploring!

Everything was fairly modern and had a very cozy feel.

We didn’t really need to assistance of housekeeping, besides their daily routine, but we had fresh towels, etc on our second day.

Check out was just as easy and the staff was just overall very friendly and wanted to make sure they met our needs and wanted to be of as much assistance as need be!

I would definitely recommend this hotel, or another hotel in the group to friends traveling.

We will definitely be back to Key West because 2 days was just not enough. GREAT town!

My friend and I stayed for 5 nights in December, 2016 and were very happy with our nice clean room, 2 queen beds and big shower.  All the staff were very friendly.  The complimentary breakfast was well ABOVE average with lots of tasty choices.  A real plus was being so close to the Yankee Freedom dock for our early morning departure to the Dry Tortugas.  Absolutely would stay at the Albury Court Hotel again.

This reservation was a shot in dark and made me a little nervous since I was the one planning a surprise trip for my sister’s birthday.  HOWEVER, from the moment I made the reservation, to the time I called to say we would be arriving at a later time, I knew I had made the right decision!

Upon arrival, the front desk young lady greeted us in a genuine manner, made us feel right at home and even helped us setup our WiFi!  When we arrived in our room, we immediately felt at home.  The room was updated, clean and nicely stocked with everything we needed including a wine cooler/refrigerator.  What a great room to return to after a day of running around the island!  Can’t wait to come back.  This will be my go-to hotel of choice in the future and will be highly recommended to family and friends!  Thanks for a great stay!

So, my girlfriend and I decide to get away for the weekend! Yay! and I book this so called 4 star Resort (I thought I’d impress her), only to check out 5 minutes later (she refused to say there), we won’t name names, but it rhymes with…….no, really we won’t do that, but to go on.

My girlfriend says to me, “Hey!!! 30 years ago when I would frequent Key West I would stay at this really chill place called the Merlin Guest House, let’s see if they’re still around” and she googled and sure enough it still existed.

She called, Ebony answers “Yes, we have a room for you” (btw this was around 8pm), she was awesome we were kinda worried we would have to sleep in the airport or take out a home equity line for a last minute hotel room,  but Ebony took care of us . When we arrived I was pleasantly surprised , I knew I was in the Real Key West, it’s such an authentic boutique hotel, it doesn’t feel like a hotel, it feels like you’re part of something, you’re a neighbor.

It’s one block off from Duval Street, but it feels like a neighborhood. Our room was spacious, clean, high ceilings and we had a porch with tables and chairs where we sipped our morning coffee amongst tropical lush garden, it was really cool. It was really special. Linda checked us out and she treated us like family. WE WILL BE BACK!!!! Never change!!! Merlin you left us with a little of your magic and we can not THANK YOU enough. Till soon..very soon.
