The hotel staff is very helpful! On my way to check-in, I was having difficulty finding parking so I called the hotel to find out where would be the easiest place to park. Rose answered the call and stayed on the phone with me until I reached the guest parking. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very clean. I would definitely suggest the Lighthouse Court Hotel to stay in Key West. Also, check out the Ernest Hemingway House as it is directly across the street.

Not having been to Key West before, we really weren’t sure where to book our hotel in town.  Fortunately we found the Merlin Guest House! It happens to be within walking distance to Duval St., many shops and restaurants, and almost all the main attractions.

The grounds at the Merlin are lovely and tropical, and there is off street parking for a small daily fee. We made use of both the spa pool and the communal patio area and completely enjoyed both, especially when Jordan Del Gato was in residence to oversee all the fun.  What a charming cat!

Our room was a king with a private patio.  The room itself was spotless.  Both the bedroom and bath contained all the basics and were a good size, as was the closet.  The bed was very comfortable.   We would have liked to have found bottled water in the fridge, and perhaps a few hooks in the bathroom, but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to future guests.

This was our second stay at Key Lime Inn. It was just as good as last year. The accommodations are excellent and the location can’t be beat for access to restaurants, beaches and the ever active Duval St. The staff is friendly and always ready to accommodate your needs. We are already taking about returning next year.

We traveled for Easter weekend 2015, and our Merlin Guest House experience was so great, we booked the exact same trip for 2016! Upgrade to King Suite or choose economy to save.  Either way, your room is spotless, facilities in perfect working order, pool is refreshing, breakfast sufficient, and hospitality unwavering.  Things I appreciate: room cleaned EARLY… in case you need a siesta, free water cooler… saves bottled water for post-Duval rehydration, and Jordan del gato… if you’re missing your own kitty while away.  Book now, see you there.  Looking forward to 2017 :)

A wonderful stay. The room was neat, clean, and spotless. The housekeeping and maintenance were superb. We had some trouble with the cable TV connection and two maintenance technicians jumped right on the problem and did not give up until it was solved. The hotel concierge (Lyenna) was very knowledgeable and helpful (locating and reserving a sunset sail and recommending several good restaurants). Everyone on staff was cheerful and welcoming. We would gladly return and recommend Chelsea House Hotel. Thanks!

This was our 4th stay at Key Lime Inn. We had a great king room, which was spacious, clean and quite comfortable for our 5 night stay. The staff was tremendous, as always! We love the pool and the large sundeck. The grounds are quiet and shaded by palms. The location is ideal for walking or biking to most everything. Truman can get a little noisy with traffic but this usually tapers off by late evening. My wife and I love this hotel!

We have stayed at two of their Historic Key West Inns hotels…Cypress House Hotel and Albury Court Hotel. With these classic Key West inns you know what you are getting each stay…. friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms, unique rooms. You can’t go wrong with one of these 6 hotels. Each time I check out I can not wait to return!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Cypress House Hotel. The setting was beautiful, rooms were very nice and the location to Duval and Mallory Square was fantastic.  The staff was extremely helpful as we needed help printing boarding passes.  Will enjoy coming back again….

We had the most pleasant stay at the Merlin Guest House. There were 4 of us adults having a college reunion weekend. We stayed in a 2-bedroom cottage. It was perfect. Very nice, updated bathroom, beds were comfy, the location was quiet. We did everything from the Duval crawl to the beach and the Merlin was in the perfect location to do either. It was nice and relaxing after a day out and it was just far enough away from the noise. Everyone was nice and friendly and the breakfast was perfect.  Something for everyone, fresh made from local places. I can’t say enough about this wonderful place, tropical green foliage and shade. Loved having breakfast outside by the pool. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.
