We had a very enjoyable stay at Key Lime Inn last week.  The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and we made some new friends at the pool.  Special thanks to Michelle for helping us with dinner reservations and for her great, friendly attitude.

We enjoyed staying at the Lighthouse Court Hotel.  The bed was comfortable and it was quiet even though the pool was close. We were in b6 and I would recommend a shelf or something for guests to keep toiletries handy.

The room was very clean and the service was great.  The breakfast was put out every morning on time with a good variety. The pool was clean as was the area around it.  The staff was friendly.  The location was perfect….quiet but close to Everything.  We really enjoyed our stay and will be recommending it to family and friends.

My husband and I were delighted to be able to find a room at the Merlin Guesthouse for our one night in Key West. We were able to park the car on the street around the corner, and left it there during our stay. The inn is well-situated in the middle of the tourist area, but off of busy Duval Street. The room on the first floor off the porch was small, but impeccably clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed some time in the spa/pool after a busy day of sightseeing. As we returned to our room after dinner, we noticed a cute gecko in the light on the porch. However, I didn’t want him in our room, so my husband plugged up the small space at the top of the door with a towel.

Breakfast on the patio was tasty, with lots of choices. However, I was surprised that at a B&B (and at the prices charged in KW) there were no homemade breads or muffins offered. My husband liked the individual containers of cereal, instead of a large dispenser.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Merlin, and would recommend it to visitors to Key West.

My wife Joni and I stayed at your guest house last week and it was beautiful. The room was immaculate and the service and hospitality was the best. We will definitely be staying there again. We highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quiet secluded place to stay. The front desk staff were very helpful with our requests and even printed our flight boarding passes for us on the day we left. We can’t wait to visit again and look forward to staying with you!!

Thanks again , Henry and Joni Barrow

Hi!

I had a great time in KW and the hotel suited my needs.  The only bad thing was I likely lost my mementos in my room (sigh).  It was only a pair of refrigerator magnets with something like “Key West” on it and I probably left it in my room or somewhere else.  Other than that, the hotel was very good…great starting point from which I can access to the attractions in KW…Thanks!

Let me say that I was very happy with my selection to stay at The Cypress House, in Key West.  It was the first time my husband and I stayed at a bed and breakfast.  We were more than happy with the place.  The location is great for someone who doesn’t want to be right next to Duval Street but yet close enough to walk to everything.   The location is a plus.  Breakfast and the Liming Happy Hour was great everyday too.  The only suggestion I would make is if there could be someway to put chase lounges by the pool.  Even one or two just to give folks that want to lay in the sun an option.  Other than that I wouldn’t change a thing.

I, personally, am a people person so your staff from the front desk to the person helping out in the kitchen was exceptionally helpful and genuinely nice.   I plan to revisit Key West someday and I hope my future experience is as good as this one.

Loved the ‘Liming’ happy hour by the pool. When we return to The Keys we will surely come back. Great location.

We loved our stay at the Key Lime Inn! The staff here is what makes this place feel like home. The entire front desk staff, but especially Micheall, were friendly, helpful, and sincere in their desire to improve our vacation. They helped us make reservations (calling multiple times over several days when Dry Tortugas was booked), gave us discount coupons, recommended restaurants and tours, provided directions, and asked about our stay – remembering personal details each time. Their warmth truly made us believe the staff cared if we were enjoying our vacation, even beyond the hotel walls. They made all the difference.

Key Lime Inn is ideally located. The on-site parking allowed us to park our car and walk to every destination on the island. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Housekeeping was prompt and tidy. The pool was well cleaned, nicely maintained, and well lit even for evening dips. Privacy was assured in all areas. The included breakfast was small but tasty.

Two suggestions for improvement would be to provide hand soap for the rooms’ sink and to put mini fridges in the rooms to allow guests to bring drinks back to enjoy by the pool. Wi-fi in our room was hit and miss, but worked excellent closer to reception and poolside.

If we return to Key West, our first reservation will be with the Key Lime Inn! We recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and homey environment.

Organizing 8 girls for a bachelorette party can be trying at times, but the girls at Chelsea House were very friendly and accommodating every time I called with more questions.  They were easy to get a hold of and direct with what they can/can’t do (no false promises!).  We lucked out and had two rooms right across from the beautiful pool, where we spent all day Saturday.  There is a little bit of shade, if needed; and we kept our bevvies in plastic so everyone was happy.  We had so much fun and even though it’s probably too far for my parents to walk to the main area of Duval, it made for good exercise to/from for us.  We were very pleased with the rooms, pool, and location.  Would definitely recommend to friends.
