My Husband & I stayed at your lovely Hotel (Lighthouse Court) in May/2016. We generally stay in 4star+ chain hotels ( so we were a bit apprehensive), but wanted an Old Key West experience. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this charming Hotel.

The room was sparkling clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff very friendly & helpful. The gardens were beautiful,  and it was in a great location!! We easily were able to walk to all the main streets. The only disappointing  part was that we only had 1 night to enjoy!! We hope to come back to Key West soon, and would not hesitate to stay again!

Thank you Lighthouse Court Hotel & staff, for a memorable Key West night! highly recommend this Inn!!!!

The main purpose of our visit to Key west was a trip to Ft. Jefferson on the Dry Tortugas. The Albury Hotel Hotel was just a few minutes walk to the ferry terminal. Needing to be there at 7 AM, this was a big plus. It was also an easy walk to the main DT area. Arriving at the Albury Court, we were greeted like old friends and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was updated, clean and comfortable. Don’t go expecting a huge lobby and resort style grounds. This is a restored historic building and serves this purpose well. Again, you can’t hardly beat the location. So, two thumbs up from my wife and I.

My husband and I took this trip for our anniversary and it was our first time in Key West. The hotel is in a great location, just one block off of Duval St. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do-no need for a car. Staff at the hotel were very friendly. Checking in and out was a breeze. We had a flight later in the afternoon the day we checked out and the staff offered to hold our bags in the office if we wanted to go do something for a little while. The pool at the hotel is small but it was perfect for cooling off in after a hot day in the Florida sun. The Continental breakfast is a nice touch in the mornings and there was iced tea left out for guests (complimentary) in the afternoons which was nice too. We would definitely stay at this hotel again, really do not have any complaints.

This was my wife and I’s first trip to Key West and we picked your hotel from other reviews on the Internet and were very happy with the results of our research.

From outside our cottage looked small but was improbably huge on the inside! The shower was one of the largest I have ever stood in. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy. The sofa an extra surprise.

The staff were helpful and friendly, the cleaning and breakfast crew friendly and happy, and the guests we met were “our kind of people.” Thanks for making our debut performance a trip of a life-time.

I always stay at one of the Historic Key West Inns hotels. The rooms are comfortable and clean and convienent locations. My recent stay was at Albury Court Hotel my room was ready when I arrived (before 300) so I checked in and headed out. I have never had a problem checking in early. This hotel was in old town, I find it best to rent a bike as I am not a moped rider you can bike anywhere in 5-10 minutes. The breakfast is fresh baked goodies, better than what you would receive at any large chain. One day it rained I called the front desk to call a cab for me. The staff at every facility is always above and beyond to help with any needs. I love Historic Key West Inns and next trip I will stay again. Thanks for always making my stay an enjoyable one.

This was our first trip to Key West and the Lighthouse Court Hotel and their staff made it one of our most enjoyable stops on vacation ever. Comfortable beds, excellent continental breakfast and that warm, inviting pool were excellent. Marie and Humberto greeted us and made us immediately feel like family. Mimi suggested an excellent restaurant near Mallory Park. Support staff were friendly and helpful. Gary Cooper the cat was a nice touch as we hung around the pool. We will definitely return to Key West at some point and Lighthouse Court will be our hotel. We have already begun to share with our friends. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Great place to stay! We were looking for the perfect place to stay for a couple of nights after our cruise and wanted to just walk to all nearby attractions, restaurants and nightlife. The Merlin Guest House was perfect. Clean, beautiful inside and out. Wished we had more time there. I have already given a brochure to a co-worker that will be coming for a visit in the fall. Hopefully we will be able to come back very soon. Thank you for being so helpful Lee!

Sincerely,

My husband and I stayed at the Chelsea House Hotel over the Memorial Day weekend.  This was our first time visiting Key West and we are so glad we stayed at this hotel.  The hotel staff were very friendly, the room was clean, the hotel well maintained, and the location can’t be beat.   The hotel is right on Truman Ave. It’s on a main road, but it does not feel like it. The view across the street is beautiful,  the rooms are quiet and the  surroundings are very lush – lots of trees, a great pool area, and plenty of places to just relax and unwind – where you feel like you are away from everything.  Duval Street is  just down the road.  Very easy to walk or bike to just about everywhere.  We stayed in a room that faces Truman Ave.  When we first arrived we were concerned  that it may be too loud.  John, from the front desk, checked us in and let us see the room first, before making our decision to potentially switch rooms (as he mentioned it was a great room).  We are so glad he did.  The room was perfect.  Very comfortable, historic tropical and spacious enough for two people.  We really enjoyed sitting on the porch just outside our room.   John was fabulous.  He helped us make reservations for a sunset cruise, made great suggestions and introduced us to their Lighthouse Court Hotel Mojito Bar.  We highly recommend the Mojitos – best we’ve ever had!  The Chelsea House Hotel was a great choice for us.  We would definitely recommend staying here.  We are looking forward to another visit.

Having been born here I find it hard to come and stay in some of the run down hotels. Having found Albury Court Hotel on our latest trip, I never have to worry about that again. Beautiful Rooms with ICE COLD A/C. Walking distance to Duval St and the water front.

Thanks for making our vacation great. :0)
