Check-in and check-out were efficient.  We arrived around 5:00 pm and asked for a near-by restaurant and were directed to Duffy’s which was close and reasonably priced….a good suggestion for us.

Our room was quite nice.  We had a plumbing problem which we reported to Clement the first morning; he sent Frank to fix it; and all was done within 15 minutes.  Plus Frank explained how to use the coffee maker.

Of the attractions we visited, we thought the following were interesting and worth the money:  Hemingway House, Key West Lighthouse Museum, the Little White House, Art & History Museum.  We were not impressed with the Mel Fisher Museum, thought it overpriced and not our cup of tea.

We enjoyed our visit to Key West and would recommend the Key Lime Inn.  It is a great location, easy walking to everywhere.  Our room was toward the back of the property and quiet.

A lovely place in the middle of the action but still had that secluded feeling.  Room was great, staff was friendly and helpful and the grounds are beautiful.  We’ll be back!

We loved the Lighthouse Court Hotel. Marie checked us in and she was very friendly and helpful, answering all of our many questions. Our location was perfect! We could walk to everything and we were in the older part of the city (away from speeding traffic and concrete). Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast on the pool patio was delicious.  Even though a busy area, our room was quiet. Everyone here is friendly. Staying at this hotel made us feel a part of Key West not just an outsider. We would definitely choose this hotel when we return!

This hotel was very cute and extremely clean. The staff was exceptionally courteous and accommodating. We locked ourselves out of our room one morning and a very kind gentlemen at the desk let us back in and seemed more than happy to do so. The housekeeping staff was friendly and always said hello. We both felt as if we were staying with friends. We loved relaxing on our little porch in the mornings with a cup of coffee.

We love this place! We have stayed here before and chose to stay again not only because of the location but also because the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to make you and your stay as special as they can. The room was very clean and inviting. If and when we return to Key West – we will choose this hotel again.

We spent two nights at Key Lime Inn and enjoyed every moment. The staff was very professional and polite. The location was in close proximity to Duval Street and the Conch Trolley. Our room was very clean and quite even though we were next to the pool. We enjoyed the breakfast very much. The only reason we gave the inn 4 stars is because of the small size of the room for the price. We would definitely recommend this place to others and would be happy to stay again at this hotel!

We are Canadian senior citizens who have travelled extensively. When we came to Key West and stayed at Cypress House, we couldn’t believe how perfect it was. The checkin and checkout was easy because of your staff.

We had room 5 with a wonderful porch and wonderful large chairs to sit on – which we did so often. The room was large and ever so comfortable, including the bed. The housekeeping staff was great. The breakfast around the pool was delicious and the happy hour, again around the pool, was even better, if that is possible. All the staff were wonderful, particulary Chris. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful that Cypress House remains in our heart and memory.

We hope that Cypress House continues to be successful and to welcome guests with such kindness for many years to come.

Thank you f0r everything

Pat and Norm Manahan

If I had to summarize, I would say that we felt safe and, above all, warm.

We always stay at one of your properties when we visit key west at least twice each year. Key west is where my future wife and I first vacationed and is where we are getting married this may 24. Thank you for opening up such a wonderful place. Free breakfast, wifi and parking, why would we stay anywhere else? Thank you.

We did what several travelers do on their travel bucket lists; we drove drown to Key West from Miami in a convertible.  We arrived around 5:00 pm.  The check-in process was quick and hassle free. Our room was clean and what we expected except for no working door to the balcony outside.  In reviewing the hotel’s website prior to booking, it appeared that all rooms had an immediate outdoor sitting area off the room.  Because of the decorative door to our balcony, that was not the case for our room.  That was disappointing.

Our stay in  Key West and specifically the Chelsea House was otherwise very nice.  The grounds at the hotel were very well kept and reminded us of the “old south”.  The gardens were beautiful and the pool and various outdoor  seating areas were very inviting.  The location was great as the majority of the sites to see are within walking distance.

The complimentary continental breakfast offered numerous choices.  The breakfast staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We would recommend the Chelsea House to those we know.  We enjoyed our vacation to the Florida Keys very much.  We saw numerous sites, enjoyed a wonderful array of restaurants, and visited three beaches at three state parks within an hours driving distance.  We look forward to visiting again.
