Great hotel.  Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We have stayed at quite a few hotels/resorts in Key West over the years, but have never been a repeat customer of any of them.  This time we stayed at the Lighthouse Court Hotel and we are definitely coming back.  Perfect, quiet hideaway, but close to everything (next door to the lighthouse and directly across the street from Hemingway’s house… how cool is that?).  Great pool and bar area too.  (Love the resident cat!)

This is our third time staying at the Key Lime Inn. The last time was 8 years ago when my husband and I got engaged. We have since been married and have had 2 children so it has been difficult to get away. We had an absolute blast, enjoyed all that Key West had to offer! This hidden gem served a great breakfast each morning. The Sunday morning when we were ready to check out, my husband went to put our luggage in the car when we realized that we lost our car keys!!! The girls at the front desk, Michaelle and Victoria were amazing!!!! They allowed us to store our luggage in the lobby, extended our check out time, and were just so accommodating! 4 hours later we found the car keys at Irish Kevin’s so all was good! The hotel is clean, friendly, and great prices! We will return!

We took an overnight trip to Key West at the last minute and contacted Historic Key West Inns – the reservation was very easy and the person helping us was so polite and helpful.  The arrival was very welcoming and personal with smiles and beautiful surroundings. I would highly recommend the Merlin Guesthouse!  The accommodations were very clean, comfortable and quaint.  It was a perfect stay and we will be back again.

Wonderful place to stay, just 2 minutes from Duval Street. The staff makes you feel at home and the rooms are clean and very comfortable. Continental breakfast is good. Near the action but very quiet place. I went there with my wife in May and I would definitely recommend the place to anyone and go back anytime…

The hotel was very quaint. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. I loved walking into a room that smelled fresh. The semi private porch was nice to sit on after a long day.

What a great hotel!!  Peaceful, clean, nice size room, great courtyard with pool, friendly staff and conveniently located to Duval St and all the action but out of harms way :)  I highly recommend this hotel!

I don’t normally give excellent reviews, mainly because most places have room for some improvement. All personnel were extremely helpful. Clement was so considerate and made sure we had everything we needed. I would give them 100 pineapples if I could. Clean, friendly, close to everything. Parked car and it never moved until the day we left. Will be our go-to place in the future.

We stayed for my husband’s 70th birthday which I mentioned upon booking. At checkin he was wished Happy Birthday and there was a bottle of bubbly on ice in our suite. Very hospitable. Our room was attractive with a lovely porch under a canopy of blooming red poinciana trees. When our hair dryer did not function, both staff and maintenance arrived within ten minutes and a replacement was brought, impressive! I did long for body lotion and a shower cap which were not provided and at this price, I expected and did not bring myself. Also, the breakfast was fine, but coffee not as good. We went out for breakfast the second day. We would stay here again, however, and found the location super with parking convenient. We would recommend nearby restaurants of Seven Fish and Louis Backyard.

Our stay was short but pleasant – we had one issue which was promptly attended to by the desk clerk on duty. The cottage we stayed in was clean and well taken care of. Location was nice for a quiet stay aside from the hustle and crowds just a few blocks away. Staff recommended when we asked for a few restaurants a few blocks away and they provided excellent choices! Pool was warm and clean and quiet. Would return if the opportunity arises again and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quaint historic atmosphere.  Our reason for visit this trip was a trip to Fort Jefferson and Dry Tortuga – loved it!
