The desk staff was very professional and courteous.  Ben, working the front desk on arrival was extremely helpful.  The entire staff with the exception of the bartender in the bar were great.  The day time bartender did not seem to know how to mix drinks properly and was not very polite.  Other guests had the same thoughts about him that we had.  The other bartender, Peter, was great! Other than this, our stay was great.

Denise met us at check in with a nice big smile and helped us  with our motorcycle parking.  Our room was ready, clean, comfortable, and quiet  My back thanks you for a great mattress.  Courtyard  breakfast was perfect and met our needs.  We look forward to a return visit with you and would definitely recommend your facilities to family and friends.

From the moment we got there, the staff helped all our stress fade away. We had a lovely room with a private balcony and slept like babies in the comfy king bed. The location is ideal and we loved the continental breakfast, the pool, and the laid back atmosphere.

Basic , clean, and comfortable, the Lighthouse Court was a small oasis right next door to the action of Duval.  The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. If you are there to see Key West and not seeking a luxury/spa type hotel, you will be very happy with the Lighthouse Court. In addition, there is a nice pool, and the bartender mixes a mean Mojito.

My husband and I chose one of the Historic Key West Inns hotels to stay during our trip to Key West because we wanted a homier, more local flavor to our stay.  We stayed at the Lighthouse Court Hotel and are so happy we did. We found the Lighthouse Court staff friendly, courteous and professional. They were helpful in assisting us with finding the local attractions. The room was very good, and the bed probably one of the Most comfortable “hotel” beds ever!  The Lighthouse Court is in Old Town and near everything!  We most definitely will be back next vacation!!!

This was my husband and my’s  first trip to Key West and we knew we wanted to stay somewhere central, romantic, and peaceful with a good pool and breakfast. All of our research led us to the Key Lime Inn. Michelle met us at check-in and was super helpful (and funny!). We got to park our rental car right at the inn for free and our room was just off the pool (rm 32). We stayed for 3 nights and even got a discount on our last night. Our room was very clean with great AC. We loved relaxing at the pool after a busy day exploring. The inn was in a perfect location since it was just 2 blocks from Duval Street.  We will definitely stay here when we come back to Key West. I would recommend this hotel to anyone I know…we didn’t want to leave!

Oh and the muffins at breakfast were delicious!

We were after somewhere we could relax during the day but was still fairly central to explore Key West. The Chelsea House did just that. Comfortable rooms, friendly & professional staff and a good pool area were just what we wanted. Duffy’s and Pinchers were good local restaurants and the Coffee shop next to Peppers was used many times! This was our second stay in your hotel collection and we had a very good time each time. Thank you.

When we decided to visit Key West for the first time this year, we wanted to ‘feel’ the area. We wanted an historic inn that was centrally located, but still offered a pool & a comfortable room. Chelsea House exceeded our expectations! The staff was welcoming; our room was exceptionally clean & comfortable; the pool common area was clean, inviting & relaxing! Having complimentary water & refreshments in the pool area was a nice touch! The only down side was not a big one – on our day of departure, the pool-side breakfast was not ready when promoted, but it did give us time to mingle with other guests. Would we recommend Chelsea House? Absolutely! A wonderful experience & stay!
