We stayed at the Key Lime Inn this past January and enjoyed our stay tremendously.  Our room was very clean and pretty.  We had a small private deck and the pool was just steps away we they served a continental breakfast.  It was nice to walk out the door and grab a cup of coffee. Duval Street is a short walk from the Key Lime Inn so it is conveniently located. I would definitely stay there again!

We travel to Key West each year for a 3-day fishing trip, and this is the first time we stayed at the Lighthouse Court Hotel.  Without a doubt, it’s the best place we’ve stayed yet!  Located directly across from the Hemingway House, it’s only minutes from the best restaurants and bars in Key West.  From a price standpoint, we found this hotel to offer really nice amenities at an extremely affordable rate.  We will most certainly be staying here for all our future visits!

Just stayed at Lighthouse Court Hotel and it was wonderful. The outside area was relaxing. And the location to walk to everything was great!
Breakfast selections were nice and the outside area was good. Our room was nice and clean- love the hardwoods and the uniqueness of each room.

We stayed overnight at Key Lime Inn early February 2016.

From the moment we made the reservation and throughout our stay we found the staff to be five star; every staff member that we met was professional, friendly, exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

Our premium “cottage” was charming, and clean and the bed was soooo comfortable.  the cottage and grounds were very well maintained.

Breakfast was delicious and staff made sure that the food was plentiful and tables were cleaned off immediately.

This hotel is two blocks from Duval street. And midway, making all attractions easily accessible.

If you decide to go to the dessert restaurant “Better Than Sex” you should make reservations early.

You will love your stay at this hotel!

I would highly recommend the Merlin Guest House to anyone that needs a place to stay in Key West. From the wonderful staff in the front office, to Jordan the mascot. Felt very safe & the grounds were prestige along with a clean room. Excellent location & a heated pool always helps! The Merlin Guest House made our 1st visit to Key West a huge success. Thank you all for your kindness.

Good location and service overall.

Facilities are well kept are we enjoyed our stay.

The only thing to comment is the parking, which we got called early in the morning to move our car.

This was our first trip to Key West, and staying at the Merlin Guest House was a perfect fit for us. So close to all the action and fun of Duval Street, but quiet and private enough to offer a beautiful retreat from it all. Breakfast was lovely, the housekeeping staff was sweet and attentive, and our room was simply gorgeous! We will definitely be back. We miss Jordan already!

My husband and I enjoyed a quick two night stay at the Cypress House Hotel. A beautiful historic building, the Cypress House is conveniently located, clean, and very inviting. It was a short trip, but Melissa at the front desk had so many great suggestions for restaurants, lounges, walking tours, and bicycle rentals that we were able to fit in a lot in the time we were in Key West. We did not want to leave and cannot wait to come back. We would definitely recommend the Cypress House Hotel to anyone looking for some Key West R&R.

The Key Lime Inn was fantastic.  The staff were courteous and helpful, and the grounds are cozy and relaxing with hammocks, swings, and a cozy private porch out back.  Complimentary poolside breakfast didn’t hurt either!  The rooms, while smaller than you may be used to in hotels, were immaculate, with plenty of hot water, quiet at night (I stayed with a fitful sleeper and she slept soundly) and are frankly perfect for a stay in Key West–a place where you better hope you are out and about instead of holed up in your room!

Now, it rained during our visit, and that might have spelled disaster, but because the Key Lime Inn is so close to Duval St. and the popular heart of Key West, we were able to get everywhere we wanted, and without getting drenched or driving anywhere: we toured Hemingway House, stood at the Southermost point, and had the best meals at places like La Creperie, Seven Fish, and El Meson de Pepe.  We went shopping and sight-seeing near Mallory Square and were able to easily stop in to the hotel to recharge or change or drop off bags.

Not having to drive to Duval meant we could cut loose and enjoy ourselves (as you should on a vacation) at the local bars.  For the adventurous types, the drag show at Aqua is amazing (make reservations).  Check out Sloppy Joes for some cool Key West History.  Who can forget dessert at Better Than Sex? Truly decadent.  All within walking distance.

To top it all off, the staff allowed us to keep our rental in the lot until our checkout at 2pm, even though we had officially checked out earlier. What a relief!  And that checkout time is perfect for those who may want to sleep in after a night on the town or snuggle just a little longer.

Thanks, Key Lime Inn!  See you soon!

~Dustin
