We recently returned from another Fabulous trip to Key West and stay at the Cypress House Hotel. Our first trip we stayed at their sister hotel, the Key Lime Inn, which was nice, however we stayed at the Cypress House on our second trip and fell in love with it. We have since returned to the Cypress House four times and have had an exceptional experience every time. The staff always display the utmost in professionalism and courtesy, always with a smile and asked if there was anything they could do for us. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was always tasty with a nice variety. There were munchies in the afternoon and clean beach towels by the pool which you can use at the hotel or take to the beach for the day.

The location is excellent, you are no more than a few minutes walk from Duval, the wharf and Mallory Square. There is no parking at the Cypress House however the city parking garage is just a few blocks away; $10 for 24hrs with in and out privileges. We find it very convenient that hotel guests can pre-pay for the parking at hotel check-in and they provide a parking pass to hang on your mirror.

I can’t overstate how good it is to stay somewhere multiple times without any negative experiences. Everything involving our stay was very enjoyable. Not only would I highly recommend the Cypress House Hotel, we have already booked our next stay. LOVE LOVE LOVE Key West and this Hotel is an awesome place to stay!

Key West, Chelsea House, Fantasy Fest 2016, was absolutely awesome. Definitely going next year and staying at Chelsea House again. There were 10 of us (5 couples) and check in couldn’t have been smoother. Front desk staff were so nice, pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. They can take care of anything you could possibly need while there. We rented 10 bikes through them which were delivered to the Chelsea House when we arrived. The rooms were great (beds were so comfortable), clean and staff were so nice. Breakfast around pool in morning was perfect. Great location. Not one complaint. Second time staying there and wouldn’t stay anywhere else while in Key West. We love The Chelsea House Hotel.

We joyed our stay at the Key Lime Inn. The room was very clean and comfortable. Michalle was a delight in checking in and out. She made us feel like we had know each other for years.  I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.  This was our 48th anniversary and we were greeted with a complimentary bottle of  chilled champagne.  Hope to be back soon!

We have stayed at Cypress House Hotel for the past several years because it is close to all Old Town has to offer.  The accommodations are newly renovated and up-to-date, and staff couldn’t be more professional and friendly.

My husband and I stayed at Key Lime Inn for our one year anniversary. It also happened to be our first time in the keys. From the moment we arrived everything at the hotel was perfect. The staff were more than accommodating and held our bags until check-in as we arrived via the ferry three hours before check-in.

The property was very quaint, clean, and quiet; even though we were around the corner from Duval street. The complimentary continental breakfast is served by a beautiful pool that is private from outside traffic.

We stayed three nights and cannot wait to return. Hopefully we can make it a yearly trip where we will definitely stay again.

We have been staying at the Merlin Guest House for several years and would not stay anywhere else.  The location is excellent in that it is very close to all the fun of Key West, yet removed enough that you can really have a relaxing “vacation.”

It is great to recognize the same staff year to year and that says a lot about how they think of the management.  They are all professional and courteous.  The rooms are serviced well and thoroughly.  We appreciate the updating of the rooms we have stayed in and the fact that the Merlin still maintains its Key West charm.

We tell our friends and others we meet how much we like staying at the Merlin and recommend it highly. We have already made our reservation for next October and look forward to returning.

We booked Key Lime Inn for several people for my son’s wedding in Key West. What a wonderful place this is! It’s a secluded gem. Your rooms are small cottages either by the pool or throughout the grounds. It’s centrally located and just a very short walk to Duval street. Right down the street is a CVS and rental locations for bikes, scooters, and golf carts. Our room was a King room with a L shaped sofa. It had a nice porch attached with 2 chairs and a table. The bed was very comfortable and so pristine with it’s white comforter and sheets. Our son’s room was right beside the pool and was made exactly like ours. In a very expensive area, this is a great choice. We had complementary breakfast by the pool each morning that we were there. It was easy for us to sit with everyone and go over the itinerary for the day. The breakfast area is very clean, and the breakfast consisted of ham crescents, bagels, cereals, juice, fruit, and good coffee. If you like artificial sweeteners, bring your own. They have raw sugar. There is a toaster there also.

The staff at the hotel is super. My son and his partner accidentally locked themselves out of their room at 2 AM, and with one phone call that is located on the information sheet given at check-in, they were able to reach the night manager and were in their room in 5 minutes! I have to give kudos to the housekeepers and ground keepers. Our rooms were spotless and cleaned each day that we were there. We stayed in #20. My brother stayed in #8. Beautiful rooms.  The grounds are so pretty, shaded, and clean. There is parking on site for a small fee each day. The desk staff was so helpful, professional, and friendly. Matthew greeted us, checked us in, and gave us suggestions for restaurants, good places to have a drink on the water, places to dance, and sites to visit. Loved the Hemingway house. Of course we had a drink at Sloppy Joe’s. At Turtle Kraals we sat at the Tower Bar and had a beautiful view with lunch and drinks. We also had a great lunch with a view at Southernmost Beach Café. All suggested by the staff at Key Lime.  The music and dancing at Capt. Tony’s was a lot of fun. Key West is a very special place.

You really feel welcomed at Key Lime Inn. We all loved it!  I would definitely recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed!
