Great relaxing place to stay.  The room was quiet and clean. Loved relaxing at the pool after sightseeing all day.

Mikaela was of great assistance with all our questions and appreciate her thoughtfulness with our gift.

If ever in Key West again would stay at the Chelsea House Pool & Gardens.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Key Lime Inn and it was the perfect place for our visit. Helpful staff, clean rooms, refreshing pool. Perfect location, only blocks from the action on Duval but quiet and cozy. A great key west feel to the whole place. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff is amazing, the location is perfect and the facility is well kept and beautiful!  This is a must stay because the price is also very reasonable for Key West!!! We will back very soon; large in part because of this hotel!!!

Everyone was friendly.  The check-in process was quick and the staff was helpful and welcoming.  The breakfast was nice – the attendant there was helpful.

Room overall was nice.  The bed was good.  Housekeeping was good in that the only cleaned in a timely manner when we put the sign on the door.  One day took our pool towels and didn’t provide new ones — so we asked at the laundry hut next to the ice and they gave us some.  The same thing happened when we ran out of hand soap — not sure why the didn’t put out a new one in the room for us, had to go ask for some.  The safe needs to be bigger.  These were minor issues — overall the room and housekeeping services were great.

The pool was perfect.  Location is great.  Overall, nice stay! :-)

I brought a group that consisted of 6 couples for a 3 night stay October 5-8 ,2015.  My wife and I had never traveled with these friends before and I was a bit leery to be the one making the hotel arrangements. I figured at least one couple would not like the place I chose.  Not so at all. They all loved the place; got rave reviews actually. The manager/front desk guy was great. Housekeeping was great. The rooms and tropical landscaping were just great. Even the pool and brunch were well appreciated.  We even liked the hotel cat. If you are in Key West to enjoy the nightlife then this place is your place as it is located 1 block off Duval.  Thanks for the great time Merlin Guest House.

The Key Lime Inn is a great place to stay in Key West. Parking for guests is free. It’s in walking distance to Duval Street and all other attractions you would enjoy! The staff is friendly and helpful. Michelle did an awesome job of welcoming us and seeing us off. My wife absolutely loved the room and it was very clean and very nice to come back to!! While we were there we went jet sking, sailing , snorkeling and kayaking. Plus we saw all the attractions including the Sourthernmost Point and mile marker 0 the end of route 1. We plan to stay here again in the future and we highly recommend you do too!!

I found your hotel from your web site.  I saw the photos and thought it would be a wonderful place for my husband and I to stay being we hadn’t been to Key West in about 12 years.  To our surprise the property was just what I thought it would look like from the web site.  I was even more surprised when I was told that my room had been upgraded.  The property is beautiful with it’s lush garden and a nice pool in the middle to make it more attractive.  Our room which was number 16 was wonderful.  It was quiet and comfortable and very nicely decorated.  The bed was a pleasure to sleep on.  The property is located central to everything we wanted to do and renting a scooter made it even better.  Even the breakfast was a treat.  Thanks for helping to make our trip even more memorable.

I booked this hotel for 2 reasons; it was close to the ferry/waterfront and the price.  Actually the hotel was not only close to the ferry, but also close to some good restaurants and shopping.  Once I parked my car, I did not move it until I checked out.  There was open parking right in front of the hotel, but it was not the busy season, so it may be harder to get then.

Check-in and check-out processes were very easy.  The room itself was better than expected.  It was very clean and had nice furnishings and décor.  It may be a little smaller than hotel chains, but perfect for my wife and I.  The only thing we asked for was an extra blanket.  Gail at the front desk was so nice and went across the street to get us a clean one for the night.

Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Key West, especially if utilizing the ferry to the Dry Tortugas which is only a few minutes away.  Also, Café Sole is an excellent restaurant within walking distance (a few blocks) from the hotel.

Our brief stay was in one of Chelsea House’s rear rooms.  Clean and cozy was just what we needed after a day on the town.  The staff were as charming and perfect as the accommodations.
