Unfortunately we stayed only  one night at this great place on a short stop in Key West.

We loved our room, it was beautiful, spacious, quiet and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and the pool area.

We especially loved the “adults-only” concept (love children, don’t need them on vacation) and the good WiFi.

We were staying on in Key West after check out, and was happy for the good service you provided with taking care of luggage, letting us use facilities after check out.

We will be back! ūüôā

We don’t come in contact with many employees but we didn’t need to I guess. Everything was prepared and ready. The gentleman at the front explained a bit about the map to us and we were on our way. The only thing I would like to recommend is maybe a shuttle service for pick up/ drop off. Also it was slightly inconvenient that we paid for a day of parking but only received 20 out of 24 hours (check in 3 and check out 11) I feel that it should have been 11-11 or 3-3 since I paid for a day.

Service was courteous, room was nice and clean. The hotel set up is picturesque and unique with the cabana like accommodations. I really enjoyed my stay and would come back for sure!

The staff is the reason I give this review an excellent rating! I planned the trip as a surprise for my fianc√© to celebrate our engagement and our birthday and was so delighted to find a bottle of champagne and cards upon our entry to the room. The staff was so knowledgeable about near by activities, so attentive to our needs, and so warm and inviting. I don’t think we will ever stay anywhere else when visiting. The only thing I would change is getting a different bed, it was a bit too firm which made it slightly uncomfortable for us.

I stayed at the Albury Court Hotel for 4 nights while I was in Key West for work. ¬†My overall experience from check in to check out was great. ¬†ALL front desk attendants I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. ¬†And of course the fresh citrus water and tea in the lobby were added bonuses. ¬†My room was clean and the decor was refreshing. ¬†My only complaint about the room was the air conditioner. ¬†When it would come on, it sounded loud. I didn’t complain but I’m sure if I had, the staff would’ve been accommodating. ¬†Housekeeping did and excellent job at keeping my room clean and stocked, and my few interactions with them were very pleasant. ¬†There was a continental breakfast offered poolside but I didn’t take advantage of it.

As for local restaurants, some of my favorites for dinner were Manga Manga and Firefly.  For breakfast, The Restaurant Store across the street from the hotel makes great breakfast sandwiches and Cafe Con Leche.

Yes, I would definitely stay here again.  The price is right, the location is great, and the hospitality is unbeatable.

We just returned home after a week at Chelsea House Hotel.  The hotel is clean & well maintained.  The staff very friendly & warm.  Our daughter & her family were also there.  Our 2 year old granddaughter loved the pool & the occasional iguanas on premises!  Truly a tropical paradise.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cypress House Hotel tremendously! From the moment we arrived and were greeted we knew we chose the right place to stay. It felt like home away from home with the cozy feel of the bed and breakfast. Liming hour by the pool was so much fun and we made a lot of new friends. As much as we hated leaving our two small children we are already planning our next trip back! All the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly! Thank you for an amazing vacation!

We booked a room for the end of July 2016. Having never been to Key West, we were flying a bit blind. Wow did we pick a great place! The staff was amazing and friendly, the room was updated, clean and lovely. We were needlessly concerned about not having parking, as there is a large parking garage very close and we never had a problem finding a spot. The room was within walking distance to A&B marina and Duval Street. We had a perfect stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Our stay in the Cypress House Hotel coincidentally and unexpectedly took place during the Papa Look-Alike Contest weekend, and as such, the island and thus, the hotel, were rife with Hemingway doubles.

I mention this because Key West can be a bit rowdy and Cypress House is quite close to Key West’s nightlife. Despite its location, the sprawling estate still feels relatively private and, once you find yourself back at your room, you don’t get the sense that you’re in the middle of it all.

The staff were all kind and helpful and- despite checking in shortly before the front desk closed, Scott still took his time welcoming us and kindly gave us a tour of the premises, providing us with advice and tips for our stay.

We booked a room with a porch, which I’d certainly recommend if you can spare the extra expense. While any Floridian or return traveler knows that the weather is seldom pleasant outside of the winter, nothing quite beats enjoying a nightcap or breakfast on your porch, surrounded by the garden perfume of jasmine, plumeria, gardenia and sea air.

The premises were well-maintained, the room spotless, and a positive experience overall. The sole opportunity for improvement I noticed was the breakfast- perhaps opting for fresher items would have augmented the experience.

Thank you for the experience; I’m looking forward to my next stay.
