We stayed here for 3 nights in February 2017 as part of our honeymoon. The room was beautiful and the staff kept it clean. We had a room right on the pool so we got to enjoy sitting on the porch and had easy access to the breakfast. The walk to Duval Street was close and we were able to walk to everything we wanted. Everyone was very kind. Would recommend and return.

This was our second stay at the Cypress House Hotel and we loved it as much this year as we did in 2016. The front desk was very accommodating with plans for my husband’s 50th birthday celebration. The location is perfect – just a couple of blocks from Duval St. but far enough away for peace and quiet when you’re looking for a break from the Duval action. I’d highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Cypress House Hotel! The hotel has a great location!! The staff was very welcoming and helpful in giving recommendations for restaurants and activities.  The hotel itself is very clean and has lovely pool area that was a great environment to enjoy breakfast and liming in! We have already recommended the Cypress House Hotel to friends and family and hope to return soon ourselves!

Our first visit to Key West, but not our last. We loved the beaches and the weather. But my favourite memory of Key West will be sitting on the veranda of our room at the Lighthouse Court Hotel, a glass of wine in hand, looking over at Hemingway house, discussing our shared love of literature and the flawed people that created our favourite books.

My stay in the Key Lime Inn during the Christmas holidays 2016 was very nice. Location is great in the middle of old town. You can walk to all the restaurants in the evenings. Room was nice and clean, bed felt cozy and not too hard. The pool is nice and Open till Late. So all in all a recommendation.

My husband and I, along with my brother & his wife, shared “the penthouse”!! The beds were in separate areas which gave us a little more privacy than a usual hotel room.  My husband enjoyed being so close to the piers for his morning walks.  We were within walking distance to so much.  Perfect location.  A block away, The Old Town Bakery had the best deli sandwiches that we brought back & ate in the outside seating area by the pool.  We also enjoyed the breakfast every morning that was included.  We rented bikes one day & covered the island.  So busy, so fun, so fast!!  Back to reality, back to work already:(

  •  Everyone there was helpful and friendly.
  •  They even showed us other rooms for the future and recommended places to eat and see.
  •  Yes, we had a very nice room.
  •  Room was always clean and tidy.
  •  Easy, quick and smooth check-in and check-out.
  •  Definitely will recommend your hotel to friends.
  •  We enjoyed all the places we ate – didn’t have a bad meal.  Had a real nice sunset sail on the fury.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chelsea House Hotel.  Location is fantastic and rooms are well done.  The thing that kept me from rating “excellent” was no spare bathroom tissue was in the room.  Just inattention on the part of some room servicing person, I suppose.  Also, a clock in the room would be nice. The continental breakfast is outstanding.  The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This was our first time in Key West and I’m so glad we found the Cypress House Hotel. Upon arrival, the desk clerk was so friendly and knowledgeable about recommending places for dinner and where to find the best key lime pie on the island. It is very close to Duval Street and Mallory Square but is located in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed in room 9 and found it to be very comfortable and more than adequate. The pillows were a little high for my husbands and my head to rest comfortably while sleeping; however the firmness was spot on. The walk in shower was really nice and featured a rain shower head.  The continental breakfast is served in the pool side courtyard and was okay. There was not a microwave to make the instant oatmeal. Should we return to Key West we would definitely stay at one of their Historic Key West Inns hotels again.
