We just got back from a weekend stay at the Cypress House Hotel. We stayed in rooms 23/24 for my brothers bucket list birthday weekend. Dennis, who checked us in, was courteous and informative about the Hotel as well as where to park and local attractions. The hotel is literally 2 blocks to Duval. The room there was just awesome. Though I would call them suites and not just rooms. Big and spacious, ours had a full sectional in it. Housekeeping had it clean and sparkling on our arrival and they kept it that way during our stay. It was the “icing on the cake” for the weekend. We will definitely be back for another visit. -Tony and crew

The moment we stepped into the hotel office, we were greeted as if we were old friends! The room was clean and inviting. The continental breakfast was delicious. Most of the food was cold, such as hard boiled eggs, cereal, and an assortment of breads, and local croissants, which could be toasted, if desired. The pool was small, but inviting. Our son and his fiancé were married there in the courtyard. Every detail was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. Best time ever! Thank you Marie, Laura and Giselle!

We love the Cypress House! On arrival, Scott was very helpful and accommodating, setting us up in a great room on the middle floor with a wonderful balcony. So close to Duval street, the location couldn’t be better for us. Loved waking up to a surprise of something new for breakfast every morning, in a cool old fashioned style kitchen. The apps and drinks were a great late afternoon pick me up. On leaving, a nice very informative staff member told us about Alabama jacks to stop at on the way back. Great local seafood, was a nice suggestion. Thank you very much for making my birthday weekend so memorable. :)

It was thoroughly enjoyable.  Dennis and the staff could not have been more accommodating.  I’d stay there again in a heartbeat!

Room was clean and quiet. Bath fixtures updated, linens and towels nice. Room was just a little smaller than in previous visits.  Nice breakfast spread.

I recently stayed at the Lighthouse Court Hotel, and it was great!!! The rooms were really nice and the beds were comfortable. It looked like all of the bathrooms and bedrooms had been updated, and we had a small kitchen area. The pool was a little small and parking was a little hard to find on-sight, but they offered their second parking lot that was 2 blocks way and was free. We didn’t have any issue with parking our car there for the 2 days we were on the property. It is a great location and is close to both the southernmost point and Duval Street. As for the staff, they were very polite and accommodating. We rented two double rooms, and they called ahead that morning to see if we would like two adjoining door unlocked and opened for us. On the one day that we had heavy rain, they gave us complimentary ponchos. That was a very nice and unique touch. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and would stay here again.

My husband and I just spent our first time in Key West for our honeymoon following our wedding in Las Vegas. When we called to book the room, the staff was warm and knowledgeable right off the bat.  We checked in with Marie who was so friendly and welcoming and congratulated on our nuptials! She provided us all the information we’d need and even called to tell me our car was in a guest spot so we didn’t need to worry about relocating to the off-site lot after we unloaded our car, which was very nice.

We had a lovely note and bottle of champagne waiting for us in our room as a Congratulations – very sweet start to the trip!

The rooms and the grounds were clean and updated and very modern. We had a very lovely stay – no issues to speak of!

Thanks again for the hospitality! We can’t wait to come back!

My partner and I drove to key west from naples looking for 3 nights of relaxation, we weren’t disappointed, the Chelsea House is lovely, we had room 33a and it was spacious, clean and had everything you need. The hotel is in a great location and easy for Duval Street. And other attractions, house staff all pleasant and very courteous to all guests. Unfortunately we got a day and a half of rain but this didn’t detract from the fact we enjoyed our stay at Chelsea House, will book again next time we’re in the USA.

Great convenient location to all the attractions in Key West. Employees pleasant and helpful. Breakfast exactly as they advertised. Suggestions for the Chelsea House Pool & Gardens would be to place the fruit in the shade and the coffee pots in the sun during breakfast.  Also, an available microwave for guests would be useful.
