The staff was very friendly and helpful the whole week. Breakfast was great each morning and the mojito bar next to the pool had the best drinks in town. The room was very comfortable and the hotel was an easy walk to everything in town. We will be back soon.

The room was comfortable and clean.  The staff was helpful and friendly and unobtrusive.  Just steps from Duval street.  We have already recommended it to others.

This was probably one of the cleanest boutique hotels I have ever stayed at. Loved the smell of the room. I had the deluxe King rm. Great breakfast served by the pool. I will be back for sure. I would rather have had a 4cp coffee pot instead of 1cp, but I got over that at breakfast. Beautiful place. Thank You

We have been coming to Key West for a number of years and have stayed at various B & B’s and also included some of the others in your hotel collection. We decided to try the Cypress House for the convenience of the location to Duval and other restaurants. We have stayed at Cypress House many times and would not consider any other. The staff at Cypress House are always friendly, attentive and helpful. We enjoy the wonderful breakfast and the happy hour is a nice relaxing time for a break from activities during the day. We will continue coming back and staying with your boutique hotels.

Thank you Cypress House Hotel for a really enjoyable experience!

The stay was pleasant, located in the heart of Key West. The staff was nice, helpful, and took care of us. We stayed in a small room apart from the main house with a nice deck to lounge on. My only complaint is the room was bright at night with no curtains to block out the outside security lights, and the ac was loud, and in my opinion should be upgraded.

Our stay was wonderful. The handicap accessible room was perfect for our needs. And the overall accessibility at the hotel was perfect as well – easy for me to get my husband around in his travel wheelchair. Everyone was friendly, personable and professional – the front desk personnel, housekeeping personnel and everyone  we engaged with. Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The Chelsea House Hotel went above and beyond my expectations! I could not be more happy with my choice to stay here! I took my boyfriend here for his birthday. Not only was he amazed by our room but he also was so happy when we had a bottle of champagne waiting in the room for his birthday provided by the hotel! The check in and check out process went very smooth. Our room was always cleaned when we came back after a long day, and each and every member of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing!

This was our first vacation to Key West.  What can I say the weather was HOT but beautiful, people were friendly and the Key Lime Pie out of this world.  The guest house was perfect for our family and the staff made sure our  house was kept well supplied with towels and clean.  The sitting area to the side of the house was like being in Paradise.  Breakfast area yummy each and every morning.  The staff during our check in and check out time (and basically every day ) was very friendly, helpful and fun. Best of all everything was in walking distance and the car never moved until we departed on Sunday.

We were sorry to leave this little hidden spot in this hectic world. By the way our last night on the Island we has dinner at OFF THE HOOK.  Great food, quaint and friendly!!!

Miss the Keys,

Dan & Pat Rose and my sister Tammi too.

Will try to send a few photos later.
