Our stay was amazing. The lady that greeted us was great. The room was nice and the towels and sheets were soft .and it was very quiet there. Would love to come back.

We just returned from a 5 night stay at the Lighthouse Court Hotel. The best part about this stay was the location of the hotel. Since this was our first time in Key West we wanted to see as much as possible and eat in many of the famous restaurants. Everything was within walking distance (with comfortable shoes). The hotel itself was clean and comfortable and the staff was very courteous. The room was a little on the smaller side, but that didn’t matter because we were only there to sleep. There were enough chairs, tables, and lounges around the pool for some sun and relaxing time. We will be back and would stay in this hotel again.

Thank you for making our last minute long-weekend trip to Key West and enjoyable experience.  The lodging was just what we needed and the breakfast fueled our days.  We hope to see you soon.

The staff person upon our check in was excellent. She was knowledgable and very helpful. In fact all the staff were responsive and cordial. Our room was compact and very clean. The room could use some more storage. Loved the balcony. The breakfast muffins were a bit stale on day. The fruit was very good. A lovely setting.

My partner Jim and I stayed in Key West at this quaint and clean guest house from February 12 – 17. We have a unique perspective because we actually stayed in two different rooms. At first, we were booked upstairs in a smallish room with no bureau. It did have a gas-fired fireplace which i found odd. I would have rather had a bureau than a fireplace because there was no place to put our smaller clothing items. There was a small closet but two people had to share it. There was also a sky-light above the queen size bed and the light of day shone in early. That’s ok if you are an early riser. But Jim and I like to sleep in. There was no way to shade this skylight so it was hard to make the room dark when the sun was bright. I found this upstairs room small for two people.
I asked if I could be moved downstairs since I walk with a cane and the stairs were doable but a challenge. The staff was very accommodating and said I could indeed move to a lower level room. Room A1 was much better. No skylight to wake us (room above us) and a bureau that two people could share. It was clean, quaint and comfortable. My only complaints are that the walls are paper thin as we could here a baby crying next door and the conversation of two people.  Also, the air conditioner blows directly on the bed in your face. There is really no way to adjust it to another direction. These are minor complaints that probably come with any similar accommodation and it would not stop us from staying at Albury Court again. Very professional and competent staff, great cleaning staff, comfortable restroom and beds. What more could you ask for?

We love the Cypress House! The location is perfect, not too close to Duval but not too far either.  We enjoy walking over to the wharf for happy hour at the Half Shell Raw Bar.  “Liming” hour by the pool is prefect for total relaxation.  The staff are so friendly.  Our room was always in perfect order.  We’ve stayed at Cypress House twice now and will definitely come back.  It’s a lovely B&B and we highly recommend it!

I would highly recommend the Merlin Guesthouse for your stay in Key West!  Check in and check out was a breeze! Great location. Very clean rooms, and a great shower! Linda, at the front desk, was absolutely amazing. I can not say enough good things about her. She was informative, helpful and super friendly!

From the first call, Micheall was helpful and friendly. She made the whole process easy even though we had to do it as two separate reservations.  When we checked in, she had remembered our conversation and knew exactly who we were. She handled everything in a professional yet very warm and friendly way.

Clement assisted us with our bags and was so very friendly and efficient. He took care of a special ice cream request for us with a smile.

The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. The grounds and pool were also very nice. We could not have asked for a better place to stay, it was like staying with family. Please wish Clement a happy birthday on March 9th for us.

We greatly enjoyed the Cypress House Hotel! The room was very comfortable and quiet with private deck for relaxing. We especially enjoyed the “Liming” by the pool with other guests and made some great new friends. Having a free cocktail and warm snack in the afternoon as well as generous continental breakfast with hot menu item each morning really makes the stay at Cypress House a good value. Great location- we could walk everywhere!

We had a three night stay in Feb, 2015.  We had room #11 with a king bed, private balcony.  Our room was very clean and very quiet.  I think being in the rear of the property is best for privacy and quiet.  The bathroom was clean, but really needs freshening.  I guess when I pay $450/night, I would expect a fully updated bathroom. However, this is Key West!  No big fancy resorts here!  The bathroom fan is loud too.  The room itself was very comfy…flat screen, wifi, comfy bed.  We slept soundly each night.   The staff at the front desk was warm and accommodating…eager to help.  The only reason I don’t give it five stars is the bathroom and the value…so pricey.  However, this is what to expect in high season at Key West.  So worth the trip!  Key West was wonderful..I want to move there!
