We had reservations at another hotel in Key West, and when we arrived we were told that they were overbooked and they had no rooms for us. We could’t believe it. And, they weren’t overly helpful assisting us in finding another place. We started calling around on our own and I’m thankful I called the Key Lime Inn.

I spoke to Rose on the phone, who was great. We went to the hotel and we were greeted by Samantha, who showed us around. One of the maintenance men gave my son a ride to the other hotel to pick up our luggage as Samantha and Keesy got us checked in. As we were going into our room the woman in charge of housekeeping insisted on checking our room to make sure it had been cleaned properly and we had everything we needed. It really was a God send.

We were so happy and lucky to have found a great place to stay on such short notice. The grounds, the pool, the staff, the breakfast buffet, everything was inviting and comfortable. Great front desk staff too. Warm and friendly with a good sense of humor. We really did enjoy ourselves and we’d be happy to stay there again and recommend the Key Lime Inn to others.

We stayed June 6-7. We absolutely loved this place! The staff was so friendly and helpful! Our room was perfect for us! My fiancé had never been to Key West, so it was great being able to walk everywhere! The only thing wrong with our stay is that I wish we could have stayed more than one night!

My dream is to get married in Key West! If we do, we are definitely staying at The Lighthouse Court Hotel! I highly recommend this place to everyone! Thanks again for the wonderful stay!!

We recently returned from another Fabulous trip to Key West, and stay at the Cypress House Hotel. Our first trip we stayed at their sister hotel, the Key Lime Inn, which was nice, however we stayed at the Cypress House on our second trip and fell in love with it. We have stayed there three times now and have had an exceptional experience every time. The staff always display the utmost in professionalism and courtesy, always with a smile and asked if there was anything they could do for us. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was always tasty with a nice variety. There were munchies in the afternoon and clean beach towels by the pool which you can use at the hotel or take to the beach for the day.

The location is excellent, you are no more than a few minutes walk from Duval, the wharf and Mallory Square.
There is no parking at the Cypress House however the city parking garage is just a few blocks away; $10 for 24hrs with in and out privileges. We find it very convenient that hotel guests can pre-pay for the parking at hotel check-in and they provide a parking pass to hang on your mirror.

I can’t overstate how good it is to stay somewhere multiple times without any negative experiences. Everything involving our stay was very enjoyable. Not only would I highly recommend the Cypress House Hotel, we have already booked our next stay. LOVE LOVE LOVE Key West and this Hotel is an awesome place to stay!

My husband and I just completed our first trip to Key West, and were very glad we stayed at the Albury Court Hotel. It has a historic outside, but the rooms were beautifully modern and renovated. The A/C in the rooms was a great relief from the heat outside, and the rooms were very clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job with service! The toilet paper roll holder was broken, but other than that we had no issues. The complimentary breakfast was really good, and we enjoyed eating in the courtyard and cooling off in the courtyard pool. Its a 5 block walk from Duval Street (which we enjoyed, close enough to visit, but not noisy at night when you are trying to sleep) and it’s very close to some of the waterfront restaurants like Turtle Kraals and Schooner Wharf. Wouldn’t hesitate a minute to visit again!

This is a very nice hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Our room was beautiful and surprisingly large. I would recommend the hotel but I would be certain to tell people that the hotel has no elevator and only street parking. We were generally parking 3-4 blocks away. Our room was on the 3rd floor so getting luggage up stairs was a challenge for us. Additionally, breakfast is served outside by the pool with no alternative indoor location in the event of rain.

We spent several days looking at hotels in Key West. We wanted something that was close to everything that Key West has to offer. We finally decided to book our stay at the Lighthouse Court Hotel because it was in the historical district and from the map looked like would fit our needs.

When we arrived we were more then pleasantly surprised. The staff was more then helpfull and while we were checking in my wife asked about taking a tour. The hotel manager made several phone calls for her and even made the reservation. The room was excellent and surpassed our expectations.  Very comfortable and clean.  We were only planning to stay one night but decided to stay for two nights, thankfully they were able to make that happen and we even didn’t have to change rooms

I have already told several friends that if they ever go to Key West that the Lighthouse Court Hotel is where they want to stay. I not only rate the Lighthouse Court Hotel as excellent but I would rate it excellent++.

Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Really enjoyed our stay and would certainly return. Good location, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, room was exceptionally clean and quiet. Only drawback was the lack of enough shelf space in bathroom for toiletries, but this certainly would not prevent us from returning.

Linda was SO sweet. She made us feel really welcome and took excellent care of us. Due to a storm I called the day before and asked to push our 3 day stay back by one day. Technically the hotel did not have to do this but they were incredibly accommodating which we really appreciated. My husband and I stayed in room 13. It had beautiful floor to ceiling hard wood, exposed beams and its own private porch near the pool. The room was HUGE. The only small complaint I have is that the room was a little dusty. Other than that, everything was perfect.

I would like to start by saying congratulations on achieving what most hotels could only hope for on so many levels…  but above all, a great and friendly staff.   When my husband and I first walked into the lobby, there was a check-in in progress, so another employee of the hotel (John) immediately noticed that we had walked in, greeted us, and did not hesitate to check us in on another computer. Eliminating any wait times what so ever.  Great start to a vacation! He was super attentive and a really nice guy. He was also very knowledgable of the area and had great recommendations for dinner and activities.

John was only the beginning though.  Living in Miami for 20+ years you would think that I’ve been to Key West more then my fair share, but I have been to Key West only once before, making this my second trip. What we were looking for the most was a quiet stay in a comfy hotel that provided me the things that only a true Key West vacation offers.  Relaxation, fun times, history and more relaxation.  All of which were met during our trip.  We had a reservation for 2 nights and stayed in a king room that had plenty of space.  Much more then we expected actually.  So much more that we returned to the front desk roughly 5 minutes after check-in and extended our stay an extra night.  Right then and there we knew we made the right decision. The breakfast in the morning was a great addition to the experience and I have to say that staying at the Chelsea House Hotel has made me want to visit the Keys again.  When we return to Key West (because we will return), we defiantly know where to look first.

Thank you again (to Chelsea’s great staff) for the hospitality.

Jose Gonzalez
