I travel to Key West twice a month on a thursday and stay overnight to work the next day.  Then it’s back to home in Fort Lauderdale.  The Merlin Guesthouse is conveniently located in Old Town, next to great restaurants.  The amenities are nice and adequate; free breakfast, nice pool etc.. and the rooms are clean and very tastefully done in the “Old Key West” style. Love this Guesthouse and can’t wait to bring my wife and kids here for vacation. Check out Off The Hook restaurant across the street.

Upon arriving at the hotel, the staff was so courteous and helpful.  It’s a quaint place and right in the center of all the best sites to see, including Duval Street, the Southernmost point, across the street from Ernest Hemingway’s house and the one of the best meals we had at the Six-Toed Cat!   We loved the continental breakfast and having mojitos in the evening at the bar.  The room was comfortable and cool at night!  I’d say it was an A+ HOTEL!

I have told so many people about this inn. We loved the quaintness of the courtyard area with the swing, sitting areas, and tropical foliage. Our room was very nice with a private patio, nice size bathroom, and very comfortable bed. The pool was nice for the hot afternoons. Continental breakfast was provided with a portion baked by local bakeries. It was conveniently located to walk to both sides of the island. Conch Tours had a location just a couple of blocks away. We would definitely stay here again.

Key Lime Inn is a great little gem in Key West. We were greeted in the parking lot by a very polite gentleman that cleans the property and that set the tone. All the staff that we engaged with were very polite and accommodating. Definitely a place to re-visit.  Thanks for making our weekend enjoyable.

I visited as a travel journalist and was impressed with my room, a junior suite. I liked the private outside stairway entrance/exit. Sitting outside on the suite’s balcony (at sunrise) made for some very special moments. Meeting and talking with visitors from different countries in the breakfast pavillion area was a great way to start the day. Most of the other guests seemed to be very conversational, so exchanging ‘hellos’ and stories was easy. The women (housekeepers) were pleasant and real “people persons.”

I was very happy with my stay.  I loved the character and charm of the boutique style small hotel.   The staff was nice.   I had a great time in Key West and wished I had more time to spend.

The Key Lime Inn was fantastic! We arrived early and they were able to accommodate us, the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was adorable. Continental Breakfast is served, and while we did not use the pool, it was a great sitting area and a nice option considering the heat. It is a two block walk to the going out areas when it is hot and humid out, but there is a bike rental down the street which made it super easy to move about the island. I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Albury Court.  Great location, especially if you take the Key West Express ferry.  Convenient walk to all points of interest.  Exceptionally friendly and helpful office staff. Rooms attractive, clean and fresh.  Nice continental breakfast offered at poolside side location.  Wheelchair-accessible room worked well for us.  Charming Key West tropical feel to the property.

We did have a problem with the refrigerator which was reported to the front desk. The woman took care of it immediately while we were still at breakfast. She told us it did seem cold enough but will put another larger one in the room also. Perfect! Unfortunately my wife gave the wrong room number. This was also taken care of within the hour. The gentleman who delivered it (british accent) was professional and refused an offered tip.
Happy to recommend your place.
