Second time in a few weeks…we enjoy the location, across from Hemingway House, and at the quiet end of Whitehead.

The possibility of booking E1 and E7 allows a family of four to have the privacy and comfort of a duplex.

The staff at the front desk is welcoming, friendly and professional. Thank you!

My girlfriend and I and another couple stayed at the Lighthouse Court Hotel between 12/1 and 12/4 as part of a 6 day trip to the Keys from Connecticut.  I’ve been to Key West a number of times but this was the first time I’ve stayed at your hotel.

Both women who greeted us at the reception desk were polite and welcoming.  The check-in process was quick and easy – less than 10 minutes – and all of our questions were answered.

We were scheduled to stay in a standard room but because of some maintenance issues with these rooms, both couples were “upgraded” to two bedroom suites.  Ours was upstairs in the main building of the hotel overlooking the hotel courtyard/pool area.  The room was exceptional.  It was clean, well-maintained and the waitstaff did a nice job throughout our stay.  I suppose the air conditioning could have worked a little better but it wasn’t a major issue.  While the weather wasn’t ideal, we enjoyed the outside areas and the pool.  The full bar just steps away was a nice addition.  On the 3rd and final night, we were awakened 3 times by the smoke detector sounding due to a failing battery.  Not a great way to start the morning (3 AM), but it was taken care of in less than an hour from the time I called to report it.

Both my girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay at the Lighthouse based on the room, the location and the polite staff.  While I like to stay at different places each time I go to Key West, I will certainly keep the Lighthouse Court Hotel on my list of places to return and recommend it to my friends who are heading south.

Really cool historic hotel in an awesome location; walking distance to main attractions and piers.

I have stayed a few times at this hotel, for work, and also on vacation. I like the fact it’s small hotel, the rooms are nice and clean, bed is very comfortable, and having an inclusive continental breakfast makes it easier to start your day. The staff at the front desk are very professional, kind and helpful. The location is great across the street from Hemingway’s home, a must see when in key west, very nice restaurants only a couple of blocks away, no wonder Every time I go to key west I like to stay here.

This is the third time we have stayed at the Key Lime Inn and it keeps getting better. This was our wedding weekend and the staff went above and beyond to make this a perfect stay for me, my (now) wife and all of our friends and family that stayed at this property as well as Chelsea House Hotel next door. I really look forward to our next trip, hopefully in the first part of 2016.

Enjoyed my recent 3 night stay at the Merlin Guest House. I had a small but well appointed room with a very comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful and quickly addressed a faulty beeping smoke alarm in an adjacent room shortly after I checked in. The proximity of the hotel to Duval street and the historic old town sites as well as the off street parking made this somewhere I would definitely consider booking again.

Each year my husband and I come to Key West and it is like going to visit friends.  Relaxing, welcoming and comfortable.  This year we visited twice.

It starts at the Front desk with Linda checking us in.  She is always friendly and has yet to disappoint in granting us any requests we make.  From there we usually find Jordan out an about somewhere.  Our family cat away from home, he is so laid back and casual with everyone.  Loves the attention.

Highlight of this year … the additional parking in the rear.  I understand that there will be a fee for this starting in 2016 … it will be worth it.

The set up of the little rooms and cottages just makes it even cozier.  No cookie cutter hotel rooms.  The rooms are clean, spacious and comfy.  We have been known to come back from walking around to take a nap.  The beds are inviting.

Once we get our bags into our room we head out for a little time on the town.  We love being just 1 block from Duval Street.  Close but not too close to hear all the fun.

Breakfast each morning is simple and just enough.  Housekeeping is attentive, quiet and helpful.

We look forward to heading back each year.  We talk about it all year long until our trip finally arrives.

Would I recommend?  ABSOLUTELY!!!  We tell anyone that will listen about our trip and this small gem that we have found.

Fav Restaurant??  Our past couple trips have taken us to Island Dogs multiple days in a row.  Great food, service and not overly crowded or loud.

Looking forward to returning in 2016.

See you soon.

We have returned to the Key Lime Inn for the last thirteen years and every year we have had a relaxing and wonderful stay at the inn.  The hotel employees are gracious and welcoming, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is great for exploring the entire island.  Thanks to everyone at the Key Lime Inn for once again providing us with a wonderful stay!

Back in November I was getting stressed out with work and school. I jumped online and made an executive decision to book a mini vacation after my finals in December to decompress. I have stayed prior at Key Lime Inn and loved it, so it was a no brainer to choose Cypress House as the place to stay. We got in super early being we drove over night from Orlando, but were graciously allowed to check in early and even got an upgrade to a king room with a front porch! The room was beautiful and serene, and I could have stayed in there the whole time I was there. Melissa at the front desk was amazing and I will definitely be recommending this hotel and their other properties as well!

We had a wonderful stay at your location. My only recommendation is to add a shelve over the toilet to set down personal items needed such as a shaving kit, deodorant etc.
