Just wanted to take the time out to say Thank You for my recent stay.  The room was clean and the accommodations were beautiful, as with the staff and the surroundings.  By far, the best hotel I’ve stayed in Key West.  Having a front porch to enjoy morning coffee in a small rain storm while having the Hemingway House directly in front of us was breathtaking.

Check-in and check out was effortless and once again the staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was terrific!

Happy Holidays!

We love the Albury Court Hotel.  Have stayed there for years and we are never disappointed.  It’s an easy 5-6 block walk to Duval.  We stayed at the hotel which was across the street and is now part of the Albury; that was a long time ago.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Key Lime Inn. It was a great location, with beautiful and comfortable rooms. Our check in staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good and the pool was wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel was like a secluded luxury retreat close to the hustle and bustle of Duval Street. Would highly recommend it and we plan to return!

Fabulous is the word that I would use to describe our experience at the Cypress House Hotel!  From booking our stay to checking out, everything was perfect!!!

It started with booking our visit to Key West.  We had so wanted to stay at Cypress House.  My friend is a Stage 4 Cancer Survivor and had never been to Key West, so I wanted the stay to be very Special since he had been through a lot.  Julie (reservations) was able to not only accommodate us for our stay, but weren’t we surprised when we arrived and were upgraded to the most beautiful room complete with a private front porch!!!

Upon check-in, Melissa could not be more accommodating and friendly.  She made us feel so welcome, and personally escorted us to our room.  She helped us with tips for restaurants based on our taste—and all the recommendations were spot-on.  She explained breakfast/pool and ‘liming hour’, which we enjoyed immensely, and had an opportunity to meet some of the other guests.

Our room was beautiful!!!  The king bed was super comfortable, the living area had a refrigerator and microwave.  The bathroom had all the amenities we could possibly need. And housekeeping did a great job keeping it clean and well made up.

There was quite a spread for breakfast. Even hot biscuits with ham and egg, along with yogurts, homemade muffins, juice, etc.  Always something hot is included in this continental breakfast.  A great start to the day.

Liming hour included a special cocktail along with a snack of some sort, poolside.  And the area is covered, just in case it rains.  A nice opportunity to trade restaurant recommendations, etc. with other guests.

Location is perfect!!!  You can walk to everything, which was important to us.

Check-out was with Dennis.  He was so personable and friendly and made check-out so easy.  He stored our bags so we could enjoy some more time in Key West before heading back up to Miami.  Super great guy!!

Lastly, this vacation included three boutique hotels.  Two were in South Beach.  Cypress House outshined everyone!!!!  They far surpassed the other places we stayed on this trip.

Cypress House is a wonderful, fabulous place to stay, and we hope to stay there again in the future!!!!  We will have our wonderful memories in the meantime!!

We love Cypress House Hotel and their friendly, accommodating staff!!!  Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

After arriving late in the night, I duly contacted the night manager… Very promptly she arrived and let us into our room… A nice sized room with a contemporary bathroom. Clean airy and a comfy bed too… A lovely continental style breakfast awaits every morning… Great choice with various fresh breads and muffins… The staff are knowledgeable and super helpful… Whether you’re looking for a special restaurant… (We were told of Latitudes) Or where to go for a quiet day out… I think it was mile 37 Bahia State Park… They had all the information to hand… The small pool has fresh towels available from dawn till dusk within a private garden… This isn’t our first visit and hopefully won’t be our last… 4000 miles from our house and this feels like home.

My wife and I had the pleasure of being your guests as parents of the groom who married his sweetheart on Dec. 19, 2016 at The Hemingway House, directly across the street. The rooms that were reserved for the wedding guests were absolutely amazing and the family we invited from all over the United States were impressed with the hospitality and accommodations.

Upon arriving, we were led to our room by the amazing young man who seemed to be involved in all aspects of running the hotel. I believe his name was Kyle, and once he opened the door to our room, I could see rose petals leading to the bed. Yes, it was our 39th anniversary and my wife let the staff know when she made reservations six months prior. How sweet that they remembered and left wine, sweets, and glasses, bedside.

The room was beautiful and comfortable, with two queen beds and I loved the wet bar. I must also add that the cleanliness did not go unnoticed, as I am a stickler for cleanliness . What a great way to start our weekend celebration. I must insert here that I had a stroke and this room was exactly what my wife requested, so that I could be near the necessary areas. This way, I could limit the amount of walking that I needed to do, per doctor’s orders. I want to thank Kaya who went out of her way to help my wife with her requests and thanks to the manager, Cathi Bevins for making it all happen so that I could enjoy the time I had on this vacation.

From the delicious continental breakfasts poolside, to the gracious ladies at the front office  desk and the lovely housekeeping staff, we felt as if we were in a bit of heaven. The central location of the hotel to the Hemingway House just added to the wonders that this gem of a hotel offered us. You cannot imagine how good it is for me to feel so alive after having my stroke. The wedding of my son could not have been more perfect. Thanks for making us, and all our guests have a magical few days in Key West. I also want to thank my wonderful and amazing wife for looking out for me anytime and anywhere.

Excellent night spent in Albury Court Hotel, everything was perfect. We arrived late with my friend and every hotels were full everywhere, Albury accepted to make us a discount for the only night we wanted to spend in Key West. The room/bathroom were extremely clean and quiet with good quality products, the breakfast very complete and foodie as I like. I recommend this hotel without any hesitation and wish I could stay more! For sure I’ll come back!

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Chelsea House Hotel.  We had an issue with our room when we first arrived and the staff addressed and fixed it immediately.  The best thing about this hotel is the staff.  When we visit Key West again, we will stay at the Chelsea House because of this.  It is so nice to see people so concerned about making sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.  Ge’Misha Thurston’s professionalism and effort is top notch and deserves recognition.  Thank you to all at Chelsea House Hotel for a job well done.

We recently stayed at the Cypress House Hotel December 7-11 2016. The staff checking us in were very pleasant and informative. The lead us to a very nice room on the first floor with a private porch. The room was very nice and comfortable with a very large bathroom. The grounds and pool area were also nice and very well kept. In the afternoon they do a “liming ” hour which is nice and in the morning they have coffee and breakfast. The location on Caroline street is great. Just about a block off Duval and about another block to the Bight but just far away from the noise at night. Next time we are in Key West we will for sure be staying at Cypress House Hotel.

Thank you for your hospitality. Doug & Michelle
