We really enjoyed our stay! We did not realize it was such a busy time so having the hotel as a get away was perfect. Shower was a little small for my tall husband. We talked about how a little ice cream parlor table would be nice in the rooms since there is the kitchenette.

Perfect location.  Close to Duval but off the main road.  Rooms were spacious and clean.  Service was excellent. The breakfast and happy hour spread was a nice touch.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas, and can’t wait to come back. This was my 4th time in Key West, my wife’s third, and my two kids (25 & 23) first. And it was our first time at Lighthouse Court Hotel.
We arrived on Dec. 22nd, and had a drink by the pool while our room was prepared. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for 4 adults.
The bar and bartenders were wonderful the whole trip and very helpful with suggestions on where to hang out.
The front desk staff were some of the nicest, most helpful hotel professionals I have ever dealt with, and I travel a lot.
The breakfasts were a great amenity, especially the special Christmas omelette bar.
And the location of the hotel could not have been more convenient. Across from the Hemingway House, one block off Duval, and walking distance from a lot of sites.
We are excited to return!

We stayed here on short notice and loved it. Helpful staff and clean rooms. Albury was walkable to everything we wanted. Highly recommended.

We were warmly welcomed when we arrived at the Key Lime Inn.  The room was great–a little cottage on a cute property.  The rooms were clean and well kept.  So much to do in Key West–would love to return for another go!

We came in weary after a long travel day filled with changed flights and flight delays.  Walking into the office of the Merlin got our spirits back up.  We were immediately met with “we’ve given you a room upgrade”!  The room was fantastic. Then after a great nights sleep, we walked out to a nice breakfast, coffee and a news papa in the shaded garden by the pool.

The only mistake we made at the Merlin was not booking enough nights.  That will change next time.  What a great place!

I and my wife stayed at the Key Lime Inn for two nights during Christmas weekend. The rooms were spacious and clean. Their rooms have some amount of seclusion from the street which is a big plus. Most hotels have windows facing the streets and if you have been to key west you know that the streets are small and could get busy during holidays.

The breakfast was fresh with a surprise addition on Christmas morning which we really enjoyed. Good job to the hotel staff!

My husband and I arrived  in Key West for the first time three days before this past Christmas. We had come by sea (the Key West Express to be exact) , and the initial plan was to leave on the 6 pm ferry the next day. After discovering that the hotel we’d booked was way on the other end of the island from the dock, far from the energy of downtown Key West, we decided to cancel our reservation and find something else. As luck would have it, we spotted a Vacancy sign outside of Cypress House. Upon entering we were greeted by Scott, who quoted us a rate for a room which miraculously enough was available. We jumped on it, and within minutes we were given our room keys and shown where breakfast was served as well as the daily happy hour by the pool (“‘liming’, as they call it in Jamaica”, Scott explained.) Finally we were led to our room, which was immaculate and to our delight was equipped with a large tub; however, as we had arrived just in time to lime, that would have to wait until later. We sipped some sangria and snacked on the deliciously crispy conch fritters poolside before heading to Mallory Square to take in the sunset.

The next day after breakfast and a swift checkout, we left our bags near the concierge desk and headed over to Fort Zachary State Park, where we swam and watched the local wildlife. After our afternoon in the sun, we returned to Cypress House for our final Key West happy hour, this time with a delightful, sprightly rum punch. We probably should have double checked where we were to board the ferry at some point during our imbibing, because when we arrived at the assumed location at 5:45 pm we were told that the departure terminal was in fact fifteen minutes away by foot. We jumped into a taxi, but by the time we arrived at the correct spot at 5:53 the boat was gone. We were resigned to another night in Key West (cue the violins.) Our only concern was whether or not we would be able to be so lucky as to find a room with such ease for a second night in a row, especially given that it was so close to Christmas. We headed back to Cypress House, the place where we had found such sweet solace the previous night, and Scott took one look at us and laughed. After apologizing profusely for not having saved us a room, he made a call over to their sister hotel Lighthouse Court and secured a space for us. Although there were no bathtub or liming at Lighthouse Court, we enjoyed our stay there very much. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and having Hemingway House across the street gave us the opportunity to see something which we wouldn’t have had it not been for our impromptu extended stay! I would highly recommend both properties to anyone visiting Key West.

We arrived at Key West close to 11 pm, and the front desk was very friendly and helpful in welcoming us. The room we stayed in was very clean and nice, breakfast at 8 am near the pool was very tasty. It was a wonderful stay at Key Lime Inn!
