I recently went on a trip to Key West with my girlfriend, this was our second time staying at the Key Lime Inn. The first time we stayed it was a smaller room, but this time there was a bigger room available and a king size bed which we were excited about, plus we got a credit off the room because we were returning guests. When we arrived the room was clean and very roomy.  The staff  at the check in office were very friendly, they gave us a cocktail discount card for a 2 for 1 at another of their hotels right up the street, even though we lost the card while we were out shopping and sight-seeing we were able to call the front desk and they were able help us in that situation on what to do. On Thursday morning we left the room about 10am to go to breakfast and have some fun on Duval street. We returned to the room around 3:30pm and our room wasn’t cleaned yet, we didn’t care so much about that but we needed fresh towels. So we went to the front desk and told a woman that was working in the office what had happened. Claudine was awesome! She apologized over and over, we waited by the pool while housekeeping tended to our room, which we didn’t mind because we love the pool/pool area. Literally 10 minutes and Claudine came out to inform us that our room was spotlessly cleaned, our bed was made, and we had fresh towels and apologizing again. We were even surprised with two glasses and a bottle of amazing champagne! The whole experience was great especially nice since it was our birthday week. Even when we checked out they informed us that there was an availability if we wanted to stay another night, we appreciated that we were offered that. I will continue to recommend Key Lime Inn to family and friends. We love it there.

The Cypress House was a wonderful place to stay during our recent trip to Key West. The location was so close to Duval Street and the marinas, we did not need to drive at all during our stay.  The rooms were beautiful with hardwood floors, plush bedding, and plenty of room to store clothes. Each room on the property was immaculately kept and well maintained. Each staff member that we encountered was pleasant and more than willing to lend a helping hand. They were very helpful in navigating around the area and provided maps and directions without qualm. The well-rounded breakfast offered each morning allowed even the pickiest of eaters to find something  delightful. Cypress House is an incredible property and I will definitely be recommending this Inn to my family and friends. I look forward to staying at this property during my own future ventures to Key West.

My husband and I traveled with another couple and made the journey down to the Keys – the first time for all of us. Check in was good –  I don’t recall the name of who helped us but she was very informative. Parking was a little difficult but we managed. Our room was just big enough, the property was lush and the pool was very inviting.  The staff was very polite and considerate- opening doors for us when they saw us struggling  with our bags. Complimentary breakfast was nice too but the guys would have liked a waffle or some bacon.  It was great to have the Lighthouse Museum and Ernest Hemingway house so close  as we ventured to both, but got around on scooters the rest of our stay. We made every attempt to see /explore everything and would definitely  recommend the hotel to friends and family. The only downfall was waking up to the neighbors roosters at 4 am, but overall had a great time.

AS THIS WAS OUR THIRD TRIP TO KEY LIME INN, WE ENJOYED THE WEEKEND.  WITH THE STAFF ALL WAS GREAT, FRIENDLY AND EXCELLENT, WITH TIPS ON WHERE TO EAT.  EVEN HAD ENTERTAINMENT WITH IGUANA IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM.  ( PRETTY GOOD SIZE ONE!) WILL BE BACK IN SEPTEMBER AND MANY MORE WEEKENDS.

My wife and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary in Key West and our stay at the Merlin Guesthouse was the icing on the cake. We loved it. We were greeted by Linda and she is great. She was informative and really went out of her way to make us happy. The room was clean, well maintained and very cozy. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained and so is the splash pool. Jordan the cat (their mascot) is the cherry on top. He’s so laid back it’s catchy ;-) We will definitely stay here again.

This was the first time my husband and I stayed at Chelsea House and we absolutely loved it! The staff (front desk and housekeeping) were all friendly and attentive. We had a little trouble with the in-room safe, but with a call to the front desk we received very prompt help (didn’t get the young man’s name). Even though we kept the “Privacy Please” hanger on the door, we arrived back to our room late one day to a collection of clean towels waiting at our door, which was a nice unexpected gesture from housekeeping. Even though the room was perfectly clean and to our liking we absolutely loved spending time on the second floor porch and at the pool. In the past we have stayed at Wicker House when we visit Key West, but I chose Chelsea House this time because of the photos presented on the web and the $50 off 3-day discount (I love discount/contest incentives!). My husband and I live in Florida and frequent the Keys throughout the year. On this last visit I made tons of pictures of Key West including Chelsea House and sent to family and friends…we have received a handful of “Can’t wait to visit” from them and when they do I will undoubtedly recommend Chelsea House for our lodging!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Lighthouse Court! Just minutes from Duval street with friendly staff and charming, clean rooms! The entire place just screams out Key West. We can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I loved our stay! We got a free upgrade to a king room, which they surprised us with. The room and whole hotel area was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and we were able to walk almost everywhere! Only had to drive to the other half of the island. That’s where the charter for our fishing trip was. The maid service was awesome. The breakfast was perfect. Not hot foods but that was fine with us. We eat yogurt, bagels and fruit every morning anyways! The ladies at breakfast help you clean up. We loved it. We’ll definitely stay here again. And will recommend them to anyone. Check in and check out was fast and easy. The lady answered all our questions. Our favorite part of the trip was kayaking with lazy dog rentals. And renting the scooter to get around for a date!  Eat at Caroline’s too. Good food!
