I have stayed at Albury Court the past 4 years during the Super Boat World Championship. The hotel staff is always amazing and they go above and beyond to make sure our stay is comfortable and special. The location of Albury Court is very convenient and the rooms are clean and inviting. I recommend Albury Court to anyone traveling to Key West. This year the breakfast included pastries and bagels from a local shop which added an extra special touch. Thanks for the great time and we look forward to staying at Albury Court next year.

My wife and I spent a week in Key West and stayed at Key Lime Inn.  The hotel was a great place to stay and we found Key Lime Inn to be exactly as it was described on its web site.  It is good for couples looking for a quit retreat at the end of the day.  The location of the inn is near the center of all the major attractions on the lower half of the island.  I would recommend Key Lime Inn to others considering a visit to Key West.

We stayed in your hotel during fantasy fest. Our room was very nice, we had enough space, it was always clean and the staff was very friendly and open-minded. The hotel is located in the middle of the town – you don´t need any busses or taxis to go to the city. We enjoyed our stay very much and we will come back as soon as possible – maybe fantasy fest 2015 ;-)

Thank you …

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Chelsea House – our room was comfortable and clean with just a couple of caveats (toilet paper holder dangling off wall and ceiling fan needed cleaning) but both were easy fixes. Everyone on staff was super nice. Whether it was a cleaning person, maintenance, concierge or desk staff all had a cheerful hello and willing to answer any questions. The European woman at the desk when we arrived and departed was particularly kind, knowledgeable and so obviously proud to be a part of the organization. If she has not been recognized, please do – she’s a true asset. Next time, and there will be a next time, we plan to try one of the other properties, perhaps Key Lime Inn which looked utterly charming.

As for dining we enjoyed, Off The Hook, a Caribbean/Latin restaurant in an old garage and Mam’s which had great sandwiches.

All around great vacation.

We were walk-up customers and very glad we found the Key Lime Inn. The place is very attractive and looks very old, historic Key West architecture with lots of palm trees around the grounds. There was a good sized iguana that was hanging out in a tree watching people come and go by reception. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the really clean and refreshing pool. Breakfast had plenty of choices. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Duval St. was only a few blocks away so we were able to walk to restaurants we were very happy with and shopping as well.

Reservations, check-in, and check-out couldn’t have been more pleasant and easy. Each room was unique, clean, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the vintage furnishings, public areas, pool, and semi-tropical vegetation. The patio breakfast was relaxing and enjoyable. The Chelsea’s quiet and relaxing location is only a few blocks from the activity on Duval St. and other Key West attractions.  This was our first visit to Key West and we enjoyed our stay so much that we recommended the Chelsea House to our sister, who has since made reservations for next February.

We stayed for 6 nights in room 4 which is located close to the pool. The room was absolutely adorable. The space was  sufficient as was the bathroom. It was clean and nicely equipped. The breakfast is outside at the pool area, when the hotel is fully booked you maybe have to wait a bit for a free table but that just happened once in 6 days and we didn’t mind waiting. The breakfast is really nice. Fresh bread, muffins, bagels and local croissants as well as different cereals and fresh fruits. And of course coffee and fresh orange juice. We really liked it!

The staff is super friendly. We had some wishes for the room, they replied immediately via email and we also got the room we wanted! We had a absolutely great vacation in Key West and we will come back for sure!! And if the Albury Court has availabilities we will book our next stay there again! Thank you for great memories.

This was the third time that my wife, Tracy, and I stayed at the Merlin Guesthouse. We like the coziness of the Merlin. The staff was responsive to our needs. Linda, Kenneth, and Lee were always able to help when we asked for help with a reservation for a cruise or to get some extra coffee. We spent a few afternoons lounging by the pool – the complimentary ice tea was a very nice extra touch!

We also like the Merlin’s location. We were just a short bike ride from wherever we wanted to go: Casa Marina, the beach at Zachary Taylor State Park, Fausto’s grocery, the old harbor, or Capt. Tony’s (for my band’s shows).

We could tell that the hotel had gotten some upgrades: new bathrooms, the ramp from the office up to the pool area, etc. And we appreciated the courtesy of being able to leave our bags in the office after check-out because we had a late flight out.

One small suggestion for rooms with a skylight over a bed. We hope that there will be a way to cover the skylight so we can sleep in a little later in the morning.

Thanks again, Merlin, for a great stay in Key West. We hope to see you again soon.

Best regards,

Howard & Tracy Golub
