Check in process was quick and informative. Our room was small and quaint and extremely clean. The best part of our stay was the continental breakfast sitting under the trees getting to know the guests and enjoying the delicious food. Overall the trash gentleman was the friendliest and helpful during our stay.

We checked in on May 24 and out on May 28. I honestly can think of nothing to suggest that could’ve made our stay better. The staff (I believe the lady at the front desk was Melissa) was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was timely and efficient. The rooms were clean, up to date, comfortable, etc. The breakfast was nice, our little patio area by the hammock was peaceful, everything was just lovely. I would HIGHLY recommend the Key Lime Inn to anyone looking to stay in Key West. And all of this for the rate made it even better. Y’all think of things a guest needs and don’t charge or offer any unnecessary things. Can’t thank y’all enough. We had an AWESOME time :)

What more can I say!  I was a little concerned that because it was just myself and my 17 year old daughter traveling we might feel a little awkward because it seemed like a couples place.  Not so at all, it’s an anybody who’s there to have a great time kind of place!  Lovely rooms, lovely garden, lovely pool, and lovely breakfast’s in the garden!  The staff in the office will go out of their way to make sure you stay is comfortable and pleasant!  We plan to return as soon as we can!

Great family-friendly property. Located a block from upper Duval Street, it was a perfect location for me to bring my mother-in-law for the first time with my 11 year old son. Upon arrival, the staff at the Merlin Guesthouse provided everything we needed and they were always quick to help or provide a service whenever we asked.  We stayed Unit 21, the two-bedroom/1 bath cottage. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge, stove and microwave. The one bathroom was functional, but it would have been ideal to have an additional 1/2 bath in the unit. Things to know when selecting this unit; 1) Simonton St. can be noisy at times, so the bedroom closest to the street will hear the cars and the trash truck in the morning, 2) This is historical location, so it does have a historic, vintage look/feel and things may not work perfectly, but if it doesn’t, the staff is right there to repair everything ASAP, 3) This unit has one of the only parking spots “on-property”, which is great with the limited parking in the area, 4) The local cat, Jordan, is very sweet. We knew he was there and we brought some cat treats from home to share with him (don’t tell his parents!). He stopped by every morning for his daily treat. 5) Did I mention that the staff is awesome? If not, let me say it again. They are AWESOME! I would highly recommend this property to any family looking to stay in the middle of it all, with local friends in a comfortable, home-like environment. Thanks to all at the Merlin Guesthouse and I look forward to coming back with my husband the next time!

We stayed at the Chelsea House for 3 nights while in Key West in May.  The rooms were very nice and the staff was terrific.  After our first night we asked to change to a larger room.  We were accommodated right away at no extra charge.  The outside patio areas were perfect for lounging and enjoying the weather.  The proximity to Duval Street was a bonus, as was the included breakfast.  Special thanks to Bryan, who checked us in and took great care of us during our stay.  We would definitely stay at Chelsea House again and recommend it to friends and family.  Thank you.

I stayed in the king suite and it was worth it! I really enjoyed the scenery and waking up in the morning and eating breakfast with my boyfriend on the front porch. It was very nice and private. The room felt cozy and warm. We didn’t move our car once! Everything is walking distance which was great And convenient.

We stayed at Merlin Guesthouse on May 2014. We loved the location; right in the middle of the island and a block from Duval street.  The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was delicious! !!!!

Thank you for providing such a comfort and welcoming inn in Key West. Staffs are absolutely helpful in providing directions: where and how to rent bikes and scooters; where to park; etc. The pool is not big but we think it’s enough – who needs another pool when there is an infinite pool within walking distant. Although breakfast does not offer many choices, but we love that everything is made fresh and local. We had problem with the safe, maintenance got in and fixed it within 5 minutes! He is nice and friendly just like everyone else in the inn – love Key West hospitality! We would definitely go back and highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a quite place to relax. This is not for you if you like nightlife, it is located on a very quite street – which we LOVE!

My  daughter and I took the Key West Express down from Ft Myers. We were vacationing there from St. Louis. This was our first trip to Key West. We decided after years of back and forth to Ft. Myers (my parents are snow birds) it was time to be adventurous. Key West was a definite highlight of our vacation.  Being Key West virgins we weren’t quite sure what to expect of the town and of our accommodations. I have to be honest, for the value I really was a bit concerned.

After arriving at noon we had a few hours to explore before we could check in.  3 hours later (lunch and a train tour) we arrived at Albury Court. We were greeted with friendly smiles and very helpful front desk employees.  Our room was #4 across the street from the main building. We were very surprised that we had such a large room, with really 2 separate areas. It was very nice, comfy beds, a fridge and nice large shower. Ceiling fans above each bed made for comfortable sleeping.  We actually were so comfortable that we took a nap before heading out for the night.

The walk to Duval street was very scenic and we enjoyed looking at all of the houses and buildings along the way. The history was so interesting! We loved staying in one of these historical hotels.

Breakfast by the pool was great! Nice touch with the explanation of local businesses that supplied the muffins, bagels and pastries.  I liked knowing what I was eating was local.

We will definitely return to Key West and I will definitely stay at one of your properties. I’d recommend  Albury Court  to anyone. Great place, friendly and helpful staff. A wonderful time had by this 47 year old Mom and her 26 year old daughter.

Thank you for everything!

Cypress House was great! Hotel was beautiful, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was nice by the pool, and the staff was great. Check in and out were low key and easy. Really nice job all around.
