We only had one night in Key West to enjoy the Cypress House Hotel but had a great stay.  The staff is truly outstanding.  Jacob was very helpful at check in and all the staff were extremely welcoming and seemed genuinely eager to make our short stay comfortable and pleasant.  The hotel location is excellent, only steps from Duval Street and the marina area, but in a very quiet secluded area.  We very much enjoyed the complementary breakfast and happy hour by the pool.  Our room was clean and very pleasant with a high ceiling and the bathroom looked like it had just been redone.  The only minor inconvenience I can think of was a light outside the room we could not turn off shined through the blinds.  I am sure if we had asked the staff they would have corrected it.  I would highly recommend the Cypress Hotel to a friend.

We recently visited Key West to celebrate my birthday and chose Chelsea House Hotel based on a referral from our friend Pat O’Brien.  We were thrilled to find a small bottle of champagne on ice when we arrived in our room.  The staff was very friendly and helpful, particularly when we sought a referral for a place to go for steak (we loved 915!).  As for improvement suggestions, the pool was not heated enough and I would really have loved to soak in a hot tub.  Our room was nice, the only complaint is that the bathroom light cannot be turned on without waking the other person due to the glass.  Perhaps a small nightlight would resolve the issue.  Thank you.

We had never stayed in Key West and booked online. We also booked a fishing charter through one of the boats mentioned on the Inn’s website. But the night before our charter the captain wasn’t returning our calls, and we were afraid our $200 deposit was all for naught. One phone call to the front desk and the receptionist on duty that night (2/1) got in touch with the captain’s wife and got the arrangements made so we could go out as scheduled the next day with another captain. The room was always neat and clean when we returned from our adventures – you can easily walk to Duval Street for dining and shopping, but the real fun is on a bike. We biked to the beach, to Mallory Square for the sunset and White St. Pier for the sunrise and a lot in between. Only rented a car for one day to do the day trip to Islamorada. A great winter getaway in Paradise, thanks Key Lime Inn.

We’ve stayed at the Lighthouse Court for 6 years in a row now (that should you tell you something) and as always, had a great stay.  Used to stay in one of their suites, which they’ve now changed into doubles, so chose a single facing the Hemingway house.  What a nice change, with a great porch with chairs to watch the scenery. Breakfast buffet is a good selection and the pool bar does know how to mix a decent drink!

Think we’ll make it next year for sure.

We had a wonderful weekend in Key West to celebrate our anniversary. Laura and the rest of the staff were very knowledgeable about the restaurants and helped us to get bikes delivered, arrange cab rides and had ponchos for a rainy evening. We love the convenient location of Lighthouse Court Hotel. It is close to Duval Street and our favorite restaurant Blue Heaven.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the top deck lounge chairs, pool and bar area.

Some suggestions we do have include:  install hooks and or a shelf in the bathroom, have a small table or shelf in the bedroom,  include a small coffee maker in the room and offer some fruit other than bananas with breakfast.

We’ve stayed at the Lighthouse Court Hotel in the past and it instantly came to mind as the perfect place for our wedding.  Mary Simmons, the event planner for the Hotel was wonderful to work with and helped make all the arrangements.  Upon arrival we were treated like royalty and all the arrangements were perfect.  The event was wonderful, a beautiful location, great weather and friends and family in attendance.  Our stay was fabulous as always and we can’t wait to return.

We can’t say how much we always enjoy the Chelsea House!! We’ve been going there for over 8 years and always love our stay. This time we celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary (which I had mentioned to the staff when booking). When we checked in, they had upgraded our room and left a celebratory note in our room. This is what I call above and beyond. The location is ideal, close enough to Duval St but still a little quieter–all within walking distance of everything. Again, Chelsea House Hotel will always insure your trip to Key West is a memorable one.

My husband surprised me for my birthday for an overnight stay at the Key Lime Inn.  (Feb 5-6th). The front desk was helpful and kind.  Thank you for the welcome bottle of champagne.

Room was clean and comfortable. The Inn, also was very helpful with accommodating the parking of our motorcycle.

They referred us to their sister hotel, Lighthouse Court Hotel.   After visiting the Hemingway house, we sat and had two-for-one drinks at the Mojito Bar there as well as great conversation with the bartender  on Saturday.

The Key Lime Inn had a simple but tasty breakfast.

No doubt I would stay at the Key Lime Inn again.  I would also try their Lighthouse Court Hotel.

I can’t stay enough wonderful things about our stay at Albury Court Hotel!  From the front desk personnel to the housekeeping staff, everyone was super friendly and very accomodating.  We were welcomed by the front desk staff and presented with a map of Key West and suggestions of places to visit.  The drink coupons were an added bonus!  Once we got to our room, we couldn’t have been more pleased.  The room was nice and cozy and most importantly, so clean!  The absolute best bonus was the amazing smelling soap!  Breakfast by the pool was well worth the walk across the street.  A beautiful oasis in the heart of old town Key West!

Each day my husband and I stayed at Albury Court, we walked to the nearby shops and attractions.  In the evenings, we bar hopped our way home and had one of the best vacations we’ve ever had.   It’s the little touches that make a place worth staying and Albury Court Hotel definitely has those little touches and more!

My wife and I stayed here for our first trip to key west. From the initial meeting of the hotel staff, I knew we made the right choice. They gave us a warm welcome and gave us very knowledgable information about the local attractions. Everything from breakfast to checkout was effortless and perfect. We enjoyed it so much we are booking another stay at this hotel in March!
