Valentine’s Day: February 14th
What could be more romantic than spending Valentine’s Day strolling the beach or soaking up some Key West sunshine by our pool? Scott and Peter will be serving our favorite valentine’s cocktail the ‘You Fuzzy Heart’, a passionate blend of Peach Schnapps, Vodka, Midori and juices. He guarantees you will be asking for many more of these!
DAILY: Enjoy poolside Happy Hours at Lighthouse Court Hotel from 12PM – 6PM. Peter will be happy to make you a ‘Pineapple Upside Down Cake Martini’, a ‘Coconut or Key Lime Mojito’ or your favorite drink. Come, have a cocktail, relax and read a book on the hammock or lounge by the pool under the sails.
Key West House & Garden Tours: February 17th & 18th; March 16th & 17th
Our favorite way to enjoy the five beautiful homes and gardens on each tour is to have a few drinks at the Mojito Bar and then head out on our bikes to the first house. These tours offer a rare opportunity to see inside some of Key West’s magnificent, charming and tropical residences. You can buy your tour tickets here.

Waterfront Playhouse: February 6th – February 18th
In a quiet cafe a cell phone rings. And rings. The stranger at the next table has had enough. She confronts the owner of the cell phone, but, well … he’s dead. She begins to answer his calls and suddenly finds herself enmeshed in his life and family. Unfortunately, the dead guy has quite a number of shady loose ends. This comic fantasy at the Waterfront Playhouse is sure to keep you intrigued.
DURING THE SHOW’S RUN: Scott will be serving his Dead From The Forehead Down! cocktail. This is good stuff; jagermeister, banana liqueur, strawberry vodka & a shot of red bull! Come enjoy it poolside at Lighthouse Court Hotel from 12PM – 6PM. Peter will also be happy to make you an ‘Apple or Key Lime Mojito’ or your favorite drink. Come have a cocktail and relax under the sails before you head out to the theatre for the show.
The 47th Annual Old Island Days Art Festival: February 25th & 26th
This is one of our favorite winter events. Over 100 Artists in Old Town Key West show watercolors, oil, acrylics, sculpture, art jewelry and more on Whitehead & Caroline Streets. 10-5 daily, FREE and open to the public.

Bed Races at the Conch Republic Independence Celebration: April 27th
Bring your friends and enter the bed races! You bring the team and costumes, we’ll make a custom bed and you get the bragging rights when you win!
Form a team of five and enter our Bed Races 2012 Contest to represent Historic Key West Inns in the bed races!! One team of 5 people will be the winner. The Contest begins at 12:00 AM EST on January 6th, 2012 and ends at 11 PM EST on April 1st, 2012. Please make sure to read the Bed Races Contest Rules too.
Key West Songwriter’s Fest: May 2nd – 6th
Kelly McGuire and other songwriter’s will be performing this year during the festival and Scott will have food specials as well. We will post the list of singers and other info as the event gets closer.

Key West Mystery Fest: May 4th – 13th
No other city in the U.S. has a mystery festival of this nature. The Key West Mystery Fest is a 10-day festival of mystery-related events including a progressive dinner named the ‘Clue Dinner Party’ as well as many others that will test your sleuthing abilities!
We are putting together our own mystery event at the hotels and will post more details to come.
32nd Annual Hemingway Days: July 19 – 21
There are a lot of fun events going on during this festival. More than 150 bearded contestants are expected to compete in the “Papa” Hemingway Look-Alike Contest, and the annual “Running of the Bulls” — a quirky take-off on Pamplona’s famous run, featuring liquor barrels on wheels.
DURING THE FESTIVAL: Scott will be serving his Running Bulls Cocktail; a tasty mix of jagermeister, banana liqueur, strawberry vodka & a shot of red bull! Come enjoy it poolside at Lighthouse Court Hotel from 12PM – 6PM. Come have a cocktail and relax under the sails before you head out to the events.
