I was a recent visitor at Chelsea House Hotel from Jan. 25th – 27th. The whole process from making our reservations with Cathi to checking in was a pleasure. Unfortunately I do not remember the young lady’s name at the front desk when we checked in. We had called several times to get information before we made our reservation & each time Cathi was extremely helpful. Every employee was very helpful & it never felt like we were an inconvenience to them. The room was very clean & actually felt like my home. I would definitely stay here again & would also recommend the Chelsea House Hotel to my family & friends. Thanks again for making our visit a pleasurable one.
