The young lady who made our reservation and checked us in was top notch. She did everything perfect and was very knowledgeable. I can’t remember her name, she had an accent and moved from New York. The room was very clean and fresh. The whole staff we encountered was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We loved the grounds and pool and breakfast was delightful. We would stay again and recommend to our friends. Thanks for making our trip to Key West great!!!
