This was our 4th time staying at the Chelsea House Hotel and we were impressed yet again. From the initial greeting at check in to the final day of our stay, we were treated well by each member of your team.
At our request we were given the same room we have stayed in during years past and we were pleasantly surprised at the renovations that had taken place in the bathroom area. The update was beautifully done and the room as usual was kept clean during our stay.
Each team member in very courteous and willing to accommodate all our requests, especially the woman who maintained our room and has been at the Chelsea for the past 4 years we have stayed there.
We are constantly recommending the Key West area to friends, especially the Chelsea House based on the friendly and exceptional service we have received during our stays.
The morning breakfasts are always well stocked and fresh with a very wide variety of choices for everyone.
The only change this year was the additional parking fee and it was our suggestion that perhaps past guests could have this fee waived as a part of a loyalty program.
