We had a wonderful stay at the Chelsea House Hotel. Every contact we had with staff, beginning with being moved from a sister property, was positive. When we were waylaid and unable to make it to the property by 10 pm, a pleasant woman named Cathy assured us everything would be fine and left a key for us to retrieve, which we did with no issues. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. We used the pool no fewer than four times, and each was very relaxing. We spoke with the men cleaning the pool, who were very nice. The breakfast, though limited, was adequate, and the coffee, ice, and cold water were always appreciated.
We interacted with Lyenna on several occasions, and each time she was extremely helpful, welcoming, and kind. It is clear she takes her job very seriously, and it very much reflects in her customer service-forward attitude. She genuinely seems to care about each guest. We exchanged pleasantries as I left for a run in the morning, she was helpful in getting some pool towels, and our checkout with her was effortless. Lyenna is an exemplary employee–give her a raise! 🙂
