We did have a problem with the refrigerator which was reported to the front desk. The woman took care of it immediately while we were still at breakfast. She told us it did seem cold enough but will put another larger one in the room also. Perfect! Unfortunately my wife gave the wrong room number. This was also taken care of within the hour. The gentleman who delivered it (british accent) was professional and refused an offered tip.
