This was my first say at the Merlin Guesthouse and I was VERY satisfied and happy with the hotel as well as its staff. Everyone was helpful and – HONEST! After misplacing my $350 sunglasses, I searched my room everywhere with no success. Realizing I may have dropped them in the bed and that the beds had been made/ room cleaned, I stopped in the office and right there on the desk were my sunglases located by the cleaning staff and turned over to the front desk. I knew that this wouldn’t have happened at a lot of other hotels. VERY HONEST STAFF and WORKERS THERE!!!
