Our experience with your Lighthouse Court Hotel last month was over the top. Our stay was prompted by a delayed vacation due to my husband’s two busted legs. You made the recovery so sweet. Here’s why:
– The staff did everything with keen attention to customer service and an understanding of what we needed. We continue to think of Laura and how she helped us with a bump in getting our electronic sports tickets. These costly tickets were pre-bought before our visit and were only accessible during our stay with you. Laura made certain we got our tickets and genuinely celebrated the relief we felt when we had the printed tickets in our hands.
– From cabs to bike rentals, Laura treated every request with urgency. Marie and Rose also assisted us with questions and services at the front desk. It was a sheer surprise when Laura initiated a call to us on check-out day. She offered to carry our luggage so that my husband wouldn’t be tempted to lift them and test his recovery. Everything your team did to receive and store our store our luggage made it so easy for us.
– While all my comments so far have been about your team, you also need to know how much we appreciate the attention to detail you demonstrate in your hotel. Right down to the bagel cutter, guests will be impressed with your breakfast. The food and beverage appeals to every diet, its presentation is fresh and the pool-side atmosphere is a wonderful place to start your day. The cleanliness of your property, the plantings and lawn, and the well-maintained decking make it a welcome oasis. You seem to know that plenty of clean towels, by poolside or on a day when room housekeeping isn’t needed, are a treat to guests.
