WOW! Hated to leave this charming and friendly Inn. Everyone on staff was so laid back and helpful. My husband and are both “senior” citizens and ALL of the assistance was greatly appreciated. (Baggage handling, house keeping staff, TV operation, breakfast buffet service, by the way….the buffet was great).
We have stayed at 3 of their Historic Key West Inns hotels , but Lighthouse Court in our favorite because we can sit on our front porch and view Whitehead street and Hemingway House. We posted a picture of the “View from our front porch” on Facebook (which was awesome) and everyone wanted to know where we were…so ..we told them thay should come on down to Key West and stay at the Lighthouse Court!
We’ll definitely be back next year (God Willing) and will request our favorite front porch room. Our favorite place to visit is “The Bull” because the singer, Yankee Jack, knows all the nostalgic songs plus his own cheeky ones and he really interacts with the patrons. Plus, they always remember us year to year. We can take the bicycle peds to get where we want to go, shop, and we even got tatoos!!! What more can I say! A “FUN” place to spend time away from the northern cold and do something out of the ordinary!By: Bernice Everhart March 9, 2015
