Last year we stayed at the Key Lime, and this year Chelsea. My husband is somewhat forgetful when picking up his responsibilities when leaving hotels, motels & inns, usually forgets something. After many years of this, we decided I would be the last to leave the room. Friday morn I decided to go ahead and wait in the warm sun in front of the Chelsea House.
He reassured me he would check the room. He left the envelope with the Key West Express return ticket. Thank heavens, we checked 1 hour prior to check in. I found your number thru 411, the number was not on the invoice. Called and your Room Supervisor has the staff trained to check, the fellows made a quick return trip to our room for the tickets. Most locations would have thrown an envelope seemly empty into the garbage.
Thanks for this special training.
We are thinking of going again this fall with the same couple.
