My wife and I had a 2-nights stay and fully enjoyed our time at the guest house … I would title our time “Simple Pleasures” … the guest house is simple … not fancy … and yet very comfortable … we stayed in the smaller queen bedroom … pretty basic – not many extras … but that was o.k. because we didn’t plan to spend much time in the room (our only suggestion was that there was no suitcase rake in the room when we arrived) … the court-yard / pool area is one of the nicest garden court-yards that we have seen … a perfect place for both breakfast and sitting out late in the evening … and we did both … the breakfast was a step-up from the average “Free-Type” fare … and the best part of the guest house was the close proximity to all the Key West Happenings and restaurants … we did not need to use our car to go anywhere … if we stayed longer we may have rented a bike which was also within walking distance … we would stay again on another trip …By: Mark Siegrist on June 20, 2016

The hotel was in a great location for easily walking around Old Town Key West and was remarkably quiet at night. We especially enjoyed the short walk to the new Waterfront Brewery–very good food and beer. All the hotel staff was friendly and Dennis was especially helpful with our luggage upon arrival, which we appreciated since it was difficult getting to the hotel on Caroline St. with both ends of the road being worked on by road crews! The breakfast provided each morning (3) was excellent. The only detractors were stairs to reach our room, a bathroom door that would not close and modern orange chairs that were functional but not a fitting addition to the “historic” aspect of the location. Next visit we will try another of their Historic Key West Inns hotels.By: kathleen white on June 20, 2016

Loved our stay at the historic Key Lime Inn! Staff was friendly, grounds were quaint and everything was extremely clean! Will be staying at they Key Lime Inn or another of their Historic Key West Inns hotels our next trip!By: Stephan Reyka on June 20, 2016
From our arrival with the very friendly Kizie our stay was great. All of the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was enough to get us going in the morning. Everything in town was in walking distance – a convenient CVS was very close. I will definitely stay at the Key Lime Inn when I visit again. I would definitely come back to Key Lime Inn. I have stayed at their Lighthouse Court Hotel before, but liked Key Lime Inn even better. Everyone was very friendly, great pool, and awesome breakfast! Would recommend to anyone.By: Alison Riccobono on June 20, 2016
This was my husband and I’s first trip to the Keys! No expectations, we were winging the trip after doing business in Miami! I came across the Key Lime Inn and it was exactly what I was looking for! The Key Lime Inn is absolutely adorable! From the minute we arrived the staff was welcoming and helpful! We asked about snorkeling and was given an excellent charter company, the front desk took care of the booking and we had an amazing day out on the water! Danger Charters, I would highly recommend!!! Our room was very clean and cheery, but we know we would not be staying for more then 2 nights and would not be in our room much. So, perfect for what we were looking for. We stayed in a Queen room. Breakfast was served out by the pool, perfect for a great start to the day! We will definitely stay at the Key Lime Inn when coming to the Keys again!By: Leslie Flor on June 20, 2016
I gave you a rating of EXCELLENT because you exceeded my expectations in the following ways:
* safety, because we were two ladies whose cottage was not readily accessible to the street
* our room was ready when we got there and the paperwork was organized, simple to check and you delivered the mail we had immediately upon arrival…and your staff called us by name…very wonderful
* everything from the pool, room, breakfast area, etc. was clean!
* staff was always friendly, helpful, and relaxed
* check out was a breeze and you printed our boarding passes and called a cab in record time…so helpful…no stress…and staff knowledgeable!
* quiet and fabulous location to everything we were interested in doing
I want to thank you and your whole staff for first and foremost respecting yourselves by doing good work and taking pride in what you do…that was so refreshing to witness, also for delivering your goals of being friendly, helpful, and making your guests feel welcome and relaxed. I will return to Key West and stay with you folks again…I will also make sure that I recommend your establishments at every opportunity. I am sorry I did not have names to include in my review…but everyone on duty the week we were there was outstanding.

My husband and I just celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary. We got married on Key Colony and spent our honeymoon at their Chelsea House Hotel. Since then we have spent several anniversaries at the Chelsea House but this year when I made the reservation online we chose the Cypress House Hotel. I have to say I was a little nervous at first, but from the time we arrived our stay was wonderful! The staff was very accommodating and the room was beautiful. I especially enjoyed the balcony.
Thank you Historic Key West Inns hotels for always making our anniversary special.By: Susan Fleming on June 20, 2016

This is a very quaint hotel with stand-alone cottages, many of which surround a pool and pool deck. Rooms are clean and well-appointed. The breakfast is nicely arranged each morning with a variety of breads and fruit. And the pool is always stocked with towels. Best part about the hotel is the distance – less than a 5 minute walk to Duval Street, Hemingway House, and other attractions. We would happily stay here again.By: Chris L. on June 20, 2016
