We thought our stay there was very good. It was quiet and cozy, very low key – felt right at home. Plenty of fresh air. AC was a bit loud, but worked well. Comfortable bed and pillows. Not many plug-ins for electronics, but we should have brought our electrical strip. Nice to be close to the waterfront and great places to dine out.By: Janice Kutz on November 18, 2016

Great stay at the Key Lime Inn of Key West, FL. Rooms are cute, very clean, nice pool area, and a decent continental breakfast in the morning. We would offer a minor suggestion to have coffee available early (like 6:30am) or so for us early risers. Great walking distance to Duval Street. Would definitely stay here again!By: Deb B on November 18, 2016
An awesome place to stay. Close to all the action but far enough to be very quiet and peaceful. Love the individual cottage feel. Breakfast is great. Grounds are very warm and inviting. Our room was cleaned every day by 11:00am even though we were told to not expect it cleaned before 3:00. Have stayed at 3 other hotels in the past but 2017 will be our 4th stay at Key Lime Inn. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting the true key west tropical experience to stay at the Key Lime Inn.By: Liz and Jeff Hoffmann on November 17, 2016
Traveling with a toddler is never easy but the staff at Merlin Guest House exceeded in welcoming our family! Our little one was greeted by name daily and was even allowed to help feed Jordan, the cat, and the fish. Our morning swim was fabulous as the staff always stopped to say hi and play and never minded the splashes Giada gave them in return. Morning coffee and breakfast with other guests made the stay feel as if you were among family. Quiet and relaxing yet steps away from bustling Duval St., the perfect blend for a fabulous long weekend.
Merlin Guest House was cozy, exceptionally clean, and provided impeccable service. Can’t wait until we return next year!!!!By: Tanya D'Amico on November 17, 2016

This is a very quaint boutique hotel (37 rooms/cottages). It is one of the cleanest places we have visited and we are very fussy. We usually stay in larger resorts and I have to say that this was a welcome change. It is so calm and relaxing. They have a continental breakfast in a cabana at the pool which we found to be very enjoyable. We traveled with another couple & they loved it too. We also met some nice people at the pool.
The staff is very courteous and helpful. They are not stuffy but very friendly & recommended some local activities and restaurants. Matt Harris, Micheall Thomas & Helena couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. We felt like we knew them for years when we left. We stayed at the Key Lime Inn in November, 2016, and definitely plan to return again soon.By: Marlene Zaccaria on November 17, 2016
My wife and I stayed here for the second time recently (we have already booked again for February). We used to stay at La Concha, but repeated episodes of poor housekeeping (after unaddressed complaints) led us to here. It’s a lovely little place and they had honored our request for a specific room. One day, we left the hotel at 9:30 and asked the front desk to arrange to have it cleaned and made up by 2:00, as we expect to come back to the room to rest before dinner. They spoke to the housekeeping manager and assured that it would be done. We came back at 2:00 to find the room not done. After speaking to the manager in person about the problem (there was an obvious miscommunication), he profusely apologized, got our room cleaned and made up immediately (I wish I could clean my house so fast, BTW). He asked if there was anything he could do to make it up to us. I wanted nothing more than for it not to happen again in the future. We come down a minimum of 3 times a year and want to continue coming to the Key Lime. A bit later that afternoon, the manager personally delivered a half bottle of champagne in a bucket of ice as a token of their appreciation for being their customer. We thought that was a lovely gesture and reinforced our decision to stay there now and in the future. We thanked them for it.
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The office staff on check in and check out were so pleasant and helpful. The young woman at the desk printed out our boarding passes for us, so kind. Our room was great, awesome spot, no complaints, breakfast every day was great, we would stay here again and will recommend. Great job?By: Bernice chandonnet on November 17, 2016
I was very happy with my room, the staff, and the location. Great wonderful place to stay with charm.By: Lisa C. on November 16, 2016
This was our first trip to Key West so we didn’t know exactly what to expect. We enjoyed our stay at Key Lime Inn. The location is great and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Overall it was a pleasant hotel, we loved how Quaint it is. The only downside is the walls can be thin and you can hear any noise outside. So when your neighbors get up, you’re up! We still had a great time and this didn’t ruin our vacation.By: Heather Latham on November 16, 2016
I traveled down to Key West for the weekend to help celebrate my dad’s 50th birthday. I stayed at the Chelsea House Hotel and was very pleased with the hospitality and service there. The staff more than made up for the cozy room with their abundance of care and personal attention to taking care of every detail. I would absolutely go back and stay there again given the great location on Old Town and the excellent level of service I received there. They even took the time to walk me to my room and help me to get situated.By: Andrew Hale on November 16, 2016
